M/s S C Padhee was established in the year 1953 under the pioneering efforts of Late Mr. Suresh Chandra Padhee, becoming one of the handful miners in Joda at that point of time. What started as a vision was translated into a multi faceted endeavour by his sons Mr. Prashant Kumar Padhee and Mr. Susil Kumar Padhi. SCP was granted mining lease of Iron Ore and Manganese Ore in and around Joda. Joda is the hub of Iron Ore and Manganese deposits in the eastern part of India. SCP mines have some of the finest resources of Battery Grade Manganese. With Exports SCP has put a firm foot forward in international markets assuring genuine Quality and Homogeneous cargo with buyer satisfaction being the primary focus... Late Mr. S. C. Padhee, The person who laid the foundation of SCP. A Chemistry Graduate from The Benaras Hindu University had this farsighted vision of implementing a multitude level of programming skills in areas of mining.
