Dan joined Sightpath in December of 1998 first as a Laser Engineer with LaserVision and later holding the positions of Senior Engineer; North East Operations Manager; Manager of Recruitment, Staff Development and Research; Director of Senior Engineering and Research; and National Director of Access Operations. Next, Dan became Vice President of Operations in January of 2006 where he was responsible for all day-to-day operations of the mobile refractive program at TLC Vision. Today, Dan serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Sightpath Medical.
Dan is now responsible for all mobile refractive and mobile cataract operations for Sightpath Medical. He manages seven Operations Directors who, in turn, oversee seven Sr. Operations Specialists, 24 Cataract Techs, 34 Refractive Engineers, 10 LASIK Techs, 12 Internal Operations & Inventory staff members.
Dan began his career in operations and logistics while serving in the United States Army as an Avenger Missile System Technician from 1989-1997. He holds an AAS in Laser Electro-Optics and is finishing his B.A. in Business Management from Missouri Baptist. He resides in Farmington, Minnesota with his wife, Sandra, and two sons, David and Matthew.

Dolores began her career in human resources at Kelly Services, Inc, in Troy Michigan where she gained extensive knowledge and experience in compensation analysis focused on market based pay and salary administration. From there she joined Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine, a global producer, distributor and seller of premium spirits and wine, where she directed the human resource function for ADSW Corporate, North America.
Dolores has been employed at Sightpath Medical as human resources director since the spring of 2011 and is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Dolores possesses a strong customer focus, a passion for people and a drive to leverage the human resources of the organization which is why she is so good at her job! She particularly likes connecting with employees and helping them achieve their potential because it gives her a tremendous sense of job satisfaction.
Dolores earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. She grew up in south-eastern Michigan, is an avid hockey fan and continues to support her hometown teams. She currently resides in Plymouth, MN with her husband, Jeff, and two children. When not at work or the hockey rink she can be found in the garden digging something up!

Joel began his formal career with Sightpath as Vice President of Sales in February of 2011. In June of 2022, Joel Became Sightpath's President, and in November of 2022, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Joel began working with the company that became Sightpath, Midwest Surgical Services, when it was formed in the Spring of 1991 when he was the Storz Instrument Company Sales Representative for the upper Midwest. Along the way Joel has served in varying sales, marketing, and management roles within ophthalmology for Storz, Medtronic, and Precision Lens, where he was instrumental in the transformation of the business from a regional distributor of intraocular lens implants to the nation's largest full-line ophthalmic surgical products distributor over an eleven-year period.
Joel's professional background and interests lie in sales and marketing strategy, reorganization and execution. Joel's career in ophthalmology is a reflection of his pursuit of the opportunity to build, shape, and grow a territory, region, product line, or organization. Goal-oriented and growth-focused by nature, Joel has his sights set on leading Sightpath Medical to new heights of success. By developing, implementing, and executing strategies with the physician at the core, a commitment to service as the fuel, development of new services to address market trends, and teamwork as the vehicle, Joel expects great results from the Sightpath team of talented professionals in every aspect of the business.
Joel received his B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota in 1989. Married to his high school sweetheart, Jean, they live in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and have four children. Grace a graduate of the University of St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and now employed by Target Corporation in Minneapolis; Anne a graduate of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul and now employed by Helpsystems in Eden Prairie, MN; Mike is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and is also employed by Helpsystems in Eden Prairie, MN; and Ben, also a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, lives in Denver, CO with his wife Celine, and works for New Wave Enviro. And Walt the Silver Labrador and Milty the Yorkie-Chihuahua round out the Gaslin family.
In his spare time, Joel enjoys cooking with Jean, fitness activities, playing golf, traveling, reading, movies with Jean, and working on anything to do with marketing, automation, strategy, writing, and selling.

Paul joined Sightpath Medical in 2012 and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2014. Prior to Sightpath, Paul worked for 15 years in privately held businesses where he served in senior-level finance roles in diverse industries including education, transportation and hospitality. His leadership experience includes managing finance, accounting, human resources and facilities. At Sightpath, Paul is responsible for the company's finance and accounting function. He is passionate about Sightpath's mission and the opportunity to help grow its industry-leading position.
Paul earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of St. Thomas. He and his wife, Cheryl, live in Edina with their two sons. When not spending time with his family, he enjoys soccer and cooking
