Bryan S. Hudson

Bio Mr. Hudson brings more than 23 years of industry experience to his role as a consultant for Sentry Quality Assurance. Bryan had previously worked at Sentry for a total of 8 years and began his career in the contract drug manufacturing industry at Baxter Pharma Solutions. In addition to serving as a pharma-industry consultant, he has also held leadership roles at AB BioTechnologies as well as BioStorage Technologies, where he led multiple departments as both the Director of Global Quality Assurance and Laboratory Services. Bryan graduated from Purdue University in 1995 with a BS degree in BioChemistry and has completed graduate coursework in the field of Informatics.

Danielle M. Abel

Bio Ms. Danielle Abel functions as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Sentry BioPharma Services, Inc. Educated in Business Administration, Ms. Abel brings seventeen (17) years of personnel and financial leadership experience from roles in industries including life sciences, real estate, logistics, and storage. With regards to human resources, Ms. Abel defines and implements employee engagement policies regarding recruitment, hiring, training, development, benefits, work environment, and policy enforcement. She is also the driving force behind a positive company culture. Ms. Abel oversees all accounting functions ensuring accurate record-keeping, reporting, and compliance of monetary transactions. She is the mainspring in the generation of financial statements communicating the company's performance to leaders and investors.

Mr. Alex T. Mitchell - COO

Bio Mr. Alex T. Mitchell functions as Director of Operations for Sentry BioPharma Services, Inc. and brings technical expertise to this position via previous roles in mechanical engineering and design. Mr. Mitchell joined the Sentry team in 2015 and has held a variety of roles within the company. Currently, Mr. Mitchell oversees Global Business Development, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing and Sentry's Facilities. Mr. Mitchell leverages his background in process design to foster continual improvement of Sentry's facilities and service offerings. During his tenure with Sentry, he has overseen the addition of four custom validated temperature environments and construction of the company's 30,000 SF facility expansion in 2019. Mr. Mitchell's educational background and professional experience is based in engineering, with emphasis in mechanical design and process improvement. Mr. Mitchell received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University West Lafayette, with minors in Global Engineering Studies, Economics and Management. In his spare time, he is an automobile and airplane enthusiast while logging extensive world travel.

Mr. Carl E. Rush

Bio Mr. Carl E. Rush is the Associate Director of Operations at Sentry BioPharma Services, Inc. Mr. Rush joined the Sentry team in 2019. Mr. Rush has over seventeen (17) years' experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Clinical Trial Industries, including Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations. In these roles, Mr. Rush has over nine (9) years in a leadership capacity, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and employee growth. Mr. Rush is experienced dealing with government and regulatory agencies including FDA, DEA, BARDA, Swedish MPA, and the Indiana Board of Pharmacy. Mr. Rush received his BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern Indiana. Mr. Rush is currently certified as a Six Sigma Lean Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.

Mr. David S. Cardin

Bio Mr. David S. Cardin is the Director, Quality Assurance of Sentry BioPharma Services, Inc. Mr. Cardin joined the Sentry team in 2020. Mr. Cardin has over twenty-six (26) years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries with roles in Quality, Sterilization/Sterility Assurance, and Operations. With over twenty-five (25) years in various management roles, Mr. Cardin's experience includes interacting with government and regulatory agencies, validation, and process and organizational development. Mr. Cardin received his BA in Biological Science with an emphasis in Genetics and Molecular Biology from California State University, Fullerton.

Mr. John A. Warner - EVP

Bio Mr. John A. Warner approaches his role at Sentry with over 30 years of experience in various areas in the pharmaceutical industry including consulting; hospital and clinical pharmacy management; clinical trial development, monitoring, and management; research and development including dosage formulation and production of clinical supplies; all aspects of regulatory affairs including preparation and submission of NDAs, ANDAs, 510(k)s, CE mark applications, qualified health claims, Orphan Drug requests, and meetings with FDA; quality systems and compliance; and executive management, including serving as the president of a medium sized pharmaceutical manufacturer. Mr. Warner holds a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law as well as an M.P.A. from Kentucky's Martin School of Public Administration. He also holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Kentucky.

Mr. Michael T. Wilson

Bio Mr. Michael T. Wilson is the Director of Information Technology Services for Sentry. Having worked with Sentry since its inception in many roles and previously for First Capital Group, Akento Technology Sourcing and Otis Elevator, Mr. Wilson brings a wealth of knowledge to his position. Mr. Wilson manages technology implementation and monitoring, system procurement, process development and the overall IT needs for the company.

Tim J. Mitchell - CEO, President

Mr. Tim Mitchell functions as President and Chief Executive Officer for Sentry BioPharma Services ApS, Inc., a wholesaler/third party logistics provider of prescription and investigational drug products, medical devices, and active pharmaceutical ingredients for the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Mr. Mitchell is the principal founder of Sentry ApS and looks forward to replicating his previous experience with pharmaceutical cold chain facilities to take Sentry ApS form inception through start up and on to profitability and mature growth. Mr. Mitchell is a proven entrepreneur and business leader with more than 35 years of expertise in financial planning and management, investment strategy and business development. His professional accomplishments include a documented track record of helping both new ventures and established organizations attain and maintain profitability. In his role as Chief Executive Officer at Sentry ApS, Mr. Mitchell is responsible for day-to-day management decisions including oversight of all business operations including shipping/receiving, storage, recordkeeping, and quality, and for implementing Sentry ApS' long and short term plans. Further, Mr. Mitchell acts as a direct liaison between the Board of Directors and Sentry ApS' management team. Sentry ApS' mission exceeds partnering with our clients.
