Shamrock Septic Service has been in business since 1974. It was first started on Emerald Isle in Ennismore by Al Armstrong. He and his wife, Elsie, provided excellent service until he retired in 1989 and sold the business to Bruce and Diane Wise. Joel Harvey began working for Bruce and Diane in 2000 as a truck driver and septic pumping technician before starting a decade-long career in the drilling industry. By 2017 Bruce and Diane were ready to retire and Joel (Now a licensed Septic System Installer) purchased Shamrock Septic Service...
