Ariane Tattershall

Ariane joined SGA in 2002 after graduating from the University of Illinois, Chicago with a Master of Architecture for Landscape Urbanism. Ariane has 15+ years of experience working with numerous clients, including Walmart, Lowe's, and Hanger Clinic. One of Ariane's top priorities in working with clients is responsiveness - in terms of providing timely and accurate information as well as meeting deadlines and budgets. She takes pride in creating an exciting, supportive environment for her team, so that everyone has the tools they need to give their very best. Ariane graduated from the University of Kansas in 1996 with a Bachelor of Architecture. She is a licensed architect and a member of the AIA.

Chris Young - VP

Chris' philosophy of "building opportunities together" can be seen throughout his work as Vice President of SGA Design Group, where he serves on the Board of Directors. He is also director of SGA's Bentonville office and co-Principal in Charge of the Walmart client relationship. Chris values relationships - both within the firm as well as those with clients. He believes clear and honest communications not only build trust, but also enable a level of adaptability and responsiveness that translates to greater value to the client. Chris has been with the firm since 1997, and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1993. He is a LEED Accredited Professional with BD+C specialty, as well as a member of AIA. Chris also is NCARB certified and is a licensed architect in multiple states across the U.S.

Clint joined the firm in 2007 as the Human Resources Manager and became HR Director in 2009. He works with firm leaders to develop and implement HR strategy that advances the firm's goals and promotes SGA's core values. Clint's focus is on helping individuals, teams, and the firm be more successful. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Oklahoma Christian University, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma. He is a senior certified HR Professional with HRCI and SHRM.

Greg Davis

Greg received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma in 1993 and joined SGA's team in 1998. Since 2003, his focus as Director of Technology has been on developing and growing the firm's information systems. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator. Greg is a member of the AIA and is licensed to practice architecture in the state of Oklahoma. Greg combines his technology background and experience in the field of architecture to bring a unique set of skills to SGA and our clients. He believes in creating strong structures - both electronic and physical. He values reliability and security and brings these priorities to all his work.

Hal Staples

Hal joined SGA Design Group in 2003 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma. He has over 15 years of experience working with numerous clients including Walmart, Kohl's, Casey's, and Best Buy. He currently leads SGA's team responsible for ALDI projects. Hal is dedicated to understanding our clients & their priorities and building trust for a long-term relationship. He is a licensed architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and is a LEED® Accredited Professional.

Jeff Dalton

Jeff currently leads a team responsible for several clients, including Hobby Lobby, Best Buy, and Casey's. He is also the ARE/AXP Auxiliary Coordinator, serving as an advisor and assisting SGA's architectural staff in their pursuit of licensure. Jeff graduated from Kansas State University with a Master of Architecture in 2010 and in 2013 he obtained his architectural license in the State of Kansas. With his philosophy of "Response Driven Architecture", Jeff strives to develop long-term relationships with our clients by listening and reacting to their needs and goals.

Jessica Meeks

Kristine Pagano

Kristine graduated from Rice University in 2006 with a Masters in Architecture and has over 18 years of experience in the industry. She is a licensed Architect with LEED® AP BD+C certification. When she joined SGA in 2018 she worked on the Bridgestone program and quickly took over as Program Manager. Kristine also led the Hy Vee Dollar Fresh program as well as the Petco program. Most recently, she was in charge of the Five Below program before moving to our Walmart team. Everyone who works with Kristine is impressed with her work ethic and professionalism and we are proud to have her as an official member of our leadership.

Mitch Garrett - VP

Along with more than 30 years of experience, Mitch brings accessibility and responsiveness to every client relationship where he serves as Principal in Charge. He's a licensed architect in multiple states, and is a member of the AIA, NCARB certified, and is also a LEED Accredited Professional. Mitch understands the importance of building long-term relationships with clients, believing that when you strike the right chemistry, great things happen. He also strives to create a supportive and engaging environment for employees, and sees SGA as a legacy firm - providing value for many generations to come. Mitch has been with SGA Design Group since 1999.

Robert Klemple

Rob has been bringing value to retail leaders including Walmart, Albertsons and Home Depot for more than 20 years. He supports each client's goals with his design and entitlement expertise, focusing specifically on brand design response and retail innovation. Rob is passionate about keeping up with design trends across the country, as well as developments in technology and building techniques. He continuously strives to find creative solutions for clients, while also focusing on speed to market and controlling costs. Rob graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1993 and joined SGA Design Group in 2002. He is a licensed architect and a member of AIA.

Robert Scott

Robert has been with SGA since 2005 and serves as Vice President of Finance. He leads the accounting team with over 25 years of public and corporate financial experience. Robert graduated in 1983 from East Central University in Oklahoma. He is a licensed CPA and a member of AICPA and OSCPA.

Travis Hager

Travis graduated from Oklahoma State University with a NAAB-accredited Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1998. He first joined SGA in 2001 and rejoined our firm in 2012 after spending 9 years practicing architecture in South Carolina. He brings over 20 years of experience in a broad variety of project types including higher education, K-12, senior living, religious, residential and retail. Travis is a licensed architect in Oklahoma and South Carolina, a LEED Accredited Professional with BD+C Specialty and has also received a Post Disaster certification by CAL-OES.

Virginia Hart

A licensed architect, Virginia has over 18 years of experience working with national building program clients such as Walmart, Kohl's, and Lowes. She brings efficiency to every project with her extensive knowledge in Revit, contracts, project management, and construction administration. Virginia uses this broad perspective to keep clients apprised of the building progress, helping them understand the process so they can become more efficient. She also enjoys sharing her experience with her team members through seminars and learning programs. Virginia graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1994 and joined SGA in 1998. She is a LEED Accredited Professional as well as an AIA member.
