Jan has worked with Shea Practice Transitions since October of 1995. Although her primary role is that of Business Manager, her contact with our clients, their staff and our dental colleagues has been most impactful. Jan, her husband and three children have lived in the Twin Cities area since 1994. During that time, they were blessed with three weddings and the birth of five remarkable grandchildren! In their spare time, Jan and her husband enjoy hiking, biking, cooking and spending time with their family and friends.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of Kevin's 35+ years in dental practice transitions is all the wonderful people he has met along the way. In many cases, he has the good fortune of calling them friends. Like the profession of dentistry, Kevin's greatest gratification has been helping others and the relationships he has built with some amazing people. When you help a dentist achieve their career goals-often with a "thank you" and "I could not have done it without you"- the feeling is unmatched. During his career, Kevin has been blessed with five wonderful children, a supportive wife and many friends. For all of it, he is very grateful.

Wendy attended Florida International University where she received a Bachelor's of Art in Communications and recently completed a Master's of Science in Marketing. She has a passion for Marketing and Brand Management and is experienced in Social Media Marketing with a demonstrated history of working in the medical industry. Wendy recently moved to Minnesota and in her free time, she enjoys exploring the city of Minneapolis with her son and fiancé.
