An original team member of Sharp Innovations, Bob McMullen has seen it all. Bob rose through the ranks through unmatched skill and unwavering dedication to become Vice President of Development and Technology. He has worked with all types of clients, been a hands-on developer for projects of every size and caliber, and is skilled in diagnosing solutions to any problem.
This combination of wide-ranging experience and reassuringly temperate demeanor gives Bob a unique ability to quickly understand a client's needs and help them determine the right solution for their application. When he's not on the front-lines with clients, Bob is involved in project planning, management and maintenance of our servers, and oversight and direction of the Sharp Innovations technical and programming staff.
Bob graduated from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology with a degree in Computer and Networking Systems Administration. He currently resides in Willow Street and enjoys playing softball, volleyball, and bowling. In his spare time, Bob might also be found organizing his extensive baseball card collection or playing through any of his collection of legacy video games.

Greg started his career with Sharp Innovations in the Client Support Specialist role, evolving over the years into Design, Project Management, Sales, and other duties. His dedication towards exceptional customer service and care for the clients he works with has been recognized time and time again. Greg appreciates the diverse nature of his role and continues to explore new ways he can serve Sharp Innovations and our clients.

Greg joined Sharp Innovations through a merger with netstride, a software development firm he founded 25 years ago. He has more than 30 years of software industry experience spanning multiple industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, logistics, publishing, education, and pharma. He brings to Sharp a record of architecting innovative software solutions that solve the right problems, optimize workflow, improve productivity, reduce costs and increase revenue for our customers.

With his exceptional ability to marry traditional graphic design with cutting-edge technology, Hung is one of the leaders of the Sharp Innovations creative team. Born in Vietnam to an artistic family and raised in Central Pennsylvania, Hung received his B.F.A. in Communications Design from Kutztown University. Hung founded and ran his business, Triple Strength Inc., for over 25 years before merging with Sharp Innovations. Hung's creative passion and dedication to his work are supported by his wife and children, as well as his extended family.

Jason has always had an intense passion to learn and grow in all things digital. After successfully running 2 business for over 20 years - Anttix and WebClinic Pro - Jason joined the Sharp Innovations team as our Director of IT Infrastructure. He loves building long-term relationships with people in a wide variety of fields, and also has an interest in making the web more accessible to all people.

Joseph Sharp founded Sharp Innovations, Inc. in 1999 with a desire to avoid simply conducting "business as usual" in the burgeoning field of internet marketing. His desire inspired him to pioneer the creation of a comprehensive system to guide clients through the seemingly complex stages of website development. That original system launched hundreds of successful websites over more than a decade. It has since evolved into an even more streamlined and efficient process that remains the most valuable asset to Sharp Innovations individuality in today's industry.
Joe currently focuses his unique ability on mergers/acquisitions, nation-wide company expansion, talent management/recruiting, partner growth evolution, Higher Purpose Focus charitable planning and overall strategic management for Sharp Innovations. He works closely with his growing national leadership team and business advisors. While serving his clients is priority, Joe strives for a life of balance in being a source of inspiration, encouragement, and charity to his fellow men and women. His spiritual faith is extremely important to him, and he attributes his strong faith in Jesus as the driving force for his professional and personal achievements.
Joe currently resides in Conestoga with his beautiful wife Jen, and his children, Joshua, Samuel, and Madalyn. They are actively pursuing adoption, and enjoy hosting many children in need through Safe Families of Lancaster. He is graduate of Millersville University and an ordained co-pastor of Live with Purpose Church. He is a published author, speaker, and seasoned business coach as CEO Live with Purpose Coaching. He is also Managing Partner of Kingdom Crossroads, LP. Joe enjoys travel, athletics, coaching, leadership activities, writing, drawing, creative projects, outdoor activities, singing and music. He volunteers for various local community service organizations as well as his local church. He aspires to participate in missions work on a global scale and bring God glory through all He does. His family's higher purpose focus is targeted to give the maximum amount of resources away possible in life and help to bring clean water to the world who needs it and he has partnered with organizations like Never Thirst and Charity Water to do so.

Peter Stevenson is the rare combination of a person who's not only driven, but passionate for all the right reasons. Peter's impeccable eye for detail has helped him create the perfect design for each client with whom he's worked and bring it to life quickly and flawlessly.

Peter definitely brings his passion into his work on a daily basis. He has a vision for unique, fresh, and eye-catching work that is manifested in his website designs and artwork. His ability to grasp the requirements for a project and deliver a beautiful result through both what it said and unsaid is a gift.
Peter has worked at Sharp Innovations since mid-2011, after earning his B.A. from Taylor University's design department. He and his wife Brittany are very active, often taking day trips to explore new cities or go out hiking. You can find Peter enjoying trails, kayaking, camping, and spending quality time with friends and family. He brings his passion for graphic design and helping others to the team at Sharp Innovations. He can be found developing new websites to include the latest designs or coming up with creative design strategies for new resources being designed for our range of clients.

Rodney has been a vital piece in the growth of our digital marketing department since his hiring in 2012. He enjoys helping clients get the most out of their website & digital marketing programs, and loves to dive in and let the data guide decisions. He's helped clients perform in dozens of different industries & markets, targeting all types of clients & customer bases. When not at work, you can find Rodney coaching local high school athletes or spending time with his wife & kids.
