Dan is a licensed professional engineer with over 15 years of experience in the Civil Engineering field. Dan obtained his B.S. from the University of Massachusetts.
During his years with SFC, Dan has worked on many unique designs and permitting challenges. Dan has also worked with numerous campground owners to help them realize their dreams of expansion, as well with new campground owners to help them navigate the various permit and regulatory hurdles.
Dan is also a licensed septic system designer and experienced septic system evaluator.
In his free time, Dan enjoys traveling, the outdoors and the arts.
George is a founding partner of SFC and has been with SFC since its incorporation in July of 1994. He received his BS in Civil Engineering for Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1978, and started his career at Halliburton Services working as a District Engineer from 1978-1983. George then joined forces with his brother as Fredette Associates. SFC was then formed from a merger of Fredette Associates and Cowan & Cricenti in 1994. George is the President of SFC Engineering Partnership, Inc.
George has raised four children, played collegiate basketball, participated in community groups, and enjoys carpentry and working around the house. He relishes kayaking with his wife, and relaxing with a glass of wine. He has lived in four states; traveled to ten countries; seen the sunrise on Cadillac Mountain and heat shimmers in Death Valley, but, what satisfies him the most is the opportunity to make people smile. Whether that is accomplished with random kindness, an attractive presentation of food, friendly humor, or extra effort, he finds that earning someone's smile is life's great reward.

Jean joined SFC Engineering in 2006 as a survey technician and has been working with the civil department since 2007. Jean holds a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Vermont Technical College. He has been surveying since 1999 and was licensed as a septic designer in 2008.
Since starting at SFC, Jean has been involved with many projects from start to finish. This includes collecting field survey data, to the civil engineering design, all the way to construction management and finial as-built plans.
Jean has many interests that stem from an engineering and surveying background. He spends many weekends camping, hiking, and mountain biking throughout New England and enjoys designing, building and driving, off-road vehicles.
Jeff joined SFC in 1996 as a designer on the telecommunications team. Mr. Benway holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont and a master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. After only six months with SFC, Jeff took over the responsibility of managing the telecommunications team. When the telecommunications business started to slow down Jeff took over a new role as the lead designer for the retaining wall business. He has been in that role for over twenty years.
After working for many years in the retaining wall industry Jeff has developed a reputation for being a leader in the field in the New England region. He has designed over 1,000 walls on a wide range of projects. This broad experience makes him well prepared to design difficult or unique projects.
Jeff is an avid skier and hiker. He has hiked 58 of the New England 4000-footers. He has recently taken on the role as project lead with the New Hampshire professional chapter of Engineers without Borders. He has been to Uganda twice to help install water wells.
Jeff is a Fire Protection Engineering licensed in New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. He was born and raised in Atkinson, New Hampshire and is a third generation member and Captain of the Atkinson Fire Department. He graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a BS in Fire Protection Engineering, and has worked at SFC since 2003.
Jeff currently lives in Atkinson, NH with his wife and three children. While staying an active member of his community, Jeff also enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, skiing, photography, and coaching youth sports.

John joined SFC Engineering Partnership, Inc. in June of 2014. John holds a civil engineering degree from the University of New Hampshire where he graduated cum laude. As a project engineer, John handles a variety of projects ranging from wireless communication facility design, retaining wall design, and site design & permitting. John obtained his Professional Engineering licensure in the fall of 2018. He looks forward to managing all wireless communications projects and continually learning and adapting for his company and clients best interest.
John enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle. Outside of the office, John is a firefighter for the City of Manchester Fire Department. He is also a coach and athlete for Breathe CrossFit in Derry, NH. He stays active and enjoys spending his time outdoors with friends and family whenever possible.
Nicole joined SFC Engineering Partnership, Inc. in January 2018. She graduated with her BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Nicole is part of the Civil Team at SFC with a strong focus on retaining walls. She enjoys the puzzle aspect of designing retaining walls.
In her spare time, Nicole loves reading, baking, and enjoys movies. She likes to explore new places with her family and friends and help her fiancé decorate and scare for Halloween.
Ryan is a full-time Civil Engineering student at NHTI - Concord's Community College with experience in plumbing, HVAC, and construction. Within his time at SFC he has worked on conceptual site designs, commercial site developments, and septic designs along with participating in surveying.
Ryan, in his freetime, enjoys his motorcycle and spends many hours snowboarding, wakeboarding, and surfing.
Steve joined SFC Engineering Partnership Inc. in March 2023, bringing his expertise and passion for fire protection engineering to the team.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with high distinction and a Master of Science degree in Fire Protection Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Steve has been a Fire Protection Engineer Since 2014 and is licensed in all New England states. His experience spans a wide range of areas, including nuclear power plants, data centers, warehouses, healthcare facilities, research & development laboratories, schools, and residential spaces.
When he's not immersed in his work, Steve loves spending time outdoors with his family. Skiing, hiking, boating, and enjoying the beach are some of his favorite activities. With his diverse expertise and genuine love for the outdoors, Steve brings a well-rounded perspective to both his professional endeavors and his personal life.
