The driving force and current Chairman of Group Shiv Samarth, Rajesh Khaunte is a Mechanical Engineer and has been on the Board since 1991. Taking his father's vision forward, he is currently holding directorship in many companies. After the demise of his father Late Ashok Khaunte, Rajesh took his father vision to new heights. His technical knowledge coupled with perfection, excellence and a strong sense of business development, channeled what started a manufacturing and trading organization to strongly rooted companies in different sectors. He has been the chairman of Group Shiv Samarth for over 20 years now and has built a strong rapport with locals across Goa. His kind and approachable nature has helped him not only win over the locals but also take his father philanthropy and vision ahead.

Rohan Khaunte - Managing Director

Rohan Khaunte, the younger son of Late Mr. Ashok Khaunte, is a Graduate in Electronics Engineering. An eminent personality in Goa's Political scenario, Rohan is the Managing Director of the family Business under the banner of Group Shiv Samarth. His Achievements, at a very young age, earned him the "YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR AWARD" bestowed by the then Governor of Goa, Late "Shri Kidarnath Sahay" in the Year 2003. Rohan is actively involved in Social activities for over a decade and is also an active Sportsman. He has represented the State of Goa in Cricket and Basketball and has also represented his college in Table Tennis. His achievements in sports are proved by the fact that today he is the president of Goa Boxing Association and also the chairman of Sporting Clube de Porvorim. To add to his list of achievements, he has been elected to the coveted post of Vice - President Boxing India. Rohan works tirelessly for the welfare of the people of his Constituency, attending to each and every grievance of his people and trying to solve them. He is also the chairman of Porvorim Yuva Welfare Trust and has been actively involved in the formation of Self Help Groups for women empowerment.
