Shipwreck Asia is an online database of shipwrecks and ship remains classified by the geographical regions where they have been found. It aims to promote the international study of maritime culture and cultural heritage management in Asia. This database has initially been designed to collect archaeological data on medieval oceangoing vessels that originated in East Asia, and aims at extending the data collection of shipwrecks in Southeast Asia.
