Our mission was to provide fast, reliable and consistent service to our customers. We have proudly continued to do so for over 50 years... The Roger K. Sherman Company specializes in the production and certification of precision Line Width Calibration Standards. We have proudly served the semiconductor, magnetic head and biomedical industries for over 50 years... Today we remain the recognized leader and reliable source for microscope Line Width Calibration Standards. We provide re-certification of our own products as well as those produced elsewhere and can work with you to create custom designs. All our products are directly traceable to the U.S. National Institute of Standards & Technology (N.I.S.T.) and are in compliance with current ISO requirements.
