We recently ordered the K5 reverse osmosis water treatment system from David, the sales manager at Shiloh. Our intent was to improve the quality and taste of our softened water. He reviewed all the features of the K5 and answered all of our...questions. We made our order. Later, Eric arrived to install the system. Very friendly and professional. We reviewed placement of the system and he addressed all the questions we had. In just a few hours time he completed all the work. Looks great and the water tastes great too.
