Christine De Poto is the principal of Sightline Consulting and the author of the Comm-Pass© model. She has held senior positions in Fortune 300 corporations developing strategies to achieve optimum workforce alignment. Known for her strategic thinking, she has received a number of awards, such as the Parke-Davis President's Vision Award and Warner-Lambert's Creativity in Human Resources Award, in recognition of her ability to improve critical relationships and processes to bring the organization to a higher level of performance. The Comm-Pass© is readily embraced by clients because it simplifies the path forward in problem solving. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University, a M.S. in Organizational Behavior from Upsala College.
