Shoreline Design Group, LLC was founded in 1999 by Timothy Wade Peck, AIA; the driving philosophy behind our projects is that every one is unique - individual taste, site, budget and space requirements are a major influence in determining the design approach. Whether a project is small or large, there is always room for good design and sensible planning. All of our designs strive to be filled with light, spacious, well-detailed and comfortable while working within the defined project constraints... Our firm has completed both residential and commercial projects in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Most of our residential projects fall under historically accurate or sensitive renovations and additions, new homes built to fit into the local architecture (vernacular) or creative solutions for modifying small homes to fit growing or shrinking families.
