Hermes Sanchez

Hermes moved from Mexico City to Vancouver in 2017 with his family. He is currently licensed by the Law Society of British Columbia as a Practitioner of Foreign Law for Mexico. While Hermes obtains his NCA Certificate of Qualification from the Canadian federation of Law Societies he is gaining experience in Canadian law working as legal assistant and joined the firm in May 2019 as a Legal Administrative Assistant. Hermes graduated from the Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City, in 2008, with a degree in Law. In 2018 he graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Masters in US Law, and in 2019 he graduated with a Masters Degree in Transnational Legal Practice from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. While in Mexico, Hermes provided advise to start up entrepreneurs, privately held companies, and publicly listed companies in general commercial matters, securities, corporate governance, banking and finance, compliance and anticorruption, foreign investment, intellectual property, privacy and data protection, real estate and timeshare. He was a member of the National Bar Association of Business Lawyers. In his spare time Hermes enjoys traveling with his family. He is fluent in Spanish.

Jennifer Oswald

Jennifer Oswald moved to Vancouver in 2009 from Kelowna, B.C. She graduated from the Legal Assistant program (Hons.) at Vancouver Career College in 2010 and has over 10 years of legal experience. She is a dedicated professional, committed to providing exceptional service and developing client relationships. She identifies and understands the needs and expectations of clients in a timely manner while providing a high standard of professionalism. Along with her extensive business experience, Jennifer is a plant-based entrepreneur and advocate who strongly believes in incorporating more plants into everyone's diet to prevent and manage chronic diseases. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys traveling and going on plenty of local adventures with her son, husband, and dog Salvidor.

Nicklas Harkins

Nicklas obtained his Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia (Allard Law). Prior to law school, Nicklas completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Political Science from UBC. While attending Allard Law, Nicklas served as an executive for the Allard Sport, Entertainment, and Law Society. He actively participated in events working with his peers and school community. Nicklas worked for two finance companies in Vancouver where he was exposed to various tasks relating to writing and financial research. He also coached hockey at St. George's Senior School while completing his undergraduate and law studies. Nicklas believes in giving back to the community and has volunteered for and participated in numerous charity events for rare disease research and awareness. He was honoured in 2016 to share his personal experience of living with a rare disorder, and achieving success in the face of adversity, at a forum hosted by the Economic Club of Canada. Nicklas enjoys playing golf, coaching hockey, and travelling to historic cities to make the history come alive.
