The Shindaiwa brand is owned by Yamabiko Corporation of Japan. Products are designed by Yamabiko engineers, and engines are manufactured in Japan for assembly in Japan, and globally, to Japanese standards. Products are distributed by ECHO Incorporated, a Yamabiko subsidiary based outside of Chicago, IL USA... The company's long history includes the development of some of the industry's most iconic products, such as the T27 and T270 trimmers, the BP35 backpack brushcutter and the B45 brushcutter. These innovative products were followed by the B530, B450, C350, and C230, all of which continue today as Shindaiwa's biggest sellers in Latin America. Today Shindaiwa offers a variety of products, including brushcutters, trimmers, chain saws, motorized sprayers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and more. Shindaiwa equipment is powered by dependable two-stroke engine technology, which is well suited for the Latin American market.
