Adria is a paralegal at Silicon Legal Strategy. She specializes in corporate and securities law and has extensive experience collaborating with companies and investors in a broad range of corporate transactions. Her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, credit finance, securities law compliance, debt and equity financings, stock plan administration and corporate maintenance.
Prior to joining Silicon Legal Strategy, Adria was a founder and senior corporate paralegal at Bold Legal LLC in Denver, Colorado. Before Bold Legal, Adria worked as a senior corporate paralegal at Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner PC also in Denver, Colorado. Adria graduated with honors from Colorado State University with a bachelor's degree in Political Science.
Adria is a proud Colorado native and a ballerina at heart. She enjoys cooking and baking with her two children, snowboarding, listening to live music and exploring the world.

Andre Gharakhanian is the founder of Silicon Legal Strategy. He has an established track record of delivering top-tier legal and strategic advice to emerging technology companies, c-level executives and venture investors.
Andre has served as the primary legal counsel for emerging companies at varying stages of development - from fledgling endeavors to venture-backed companies with hundreds of employees.
He has advised both companies and investors in connection with several hundred angel, bridge and venture capital financings. He has also helped clients to negotiate and structure countless M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, consulting arrangements and licensing agreements.
Andre has also counseled Boards of Directors as they hire executives and advised executives as they negotiate compensation packages.
In 2012, Andre was named one of the top 20 Lawyers in California under the age of 40 by the Daily Journal. Andre is also consistently named among the top venture lawyers in Silicon Valley via social media outlets like Quora and Venture Hacks.
Prior to Silicon Legal, Andre was an attorney with Orrick's Emerging Companies Group in Silicon Valley. From September 2006 to September 2007, he also served on the Executive Board of the San Francisco Web Innovators Network.
Andre began his legal career at Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP in Chicago, where he focused on large-scale securities offerings and public company mergers and acquisitions for a number of years. Prior to Mayer Brown, Andre held positions at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and NERA Economic Consulting. Andre received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
Andre currently serves on the advisory board of FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp., a Special Purpose Acquisition Company focusing on the intersection of finance and technology. Andre has also served on the advisory boards of a handful of startups, including, Generator Lab, BitGirder Technologies and MagBooth.
Andre enjoys travelling with his family, wine tasting and Michigan Football. In 2001, Andre was a winner on the hit NBC game show, the Weakest Link.
Ben Toussant is an associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. He advises technology startups and venture capital investors on a broad range of matters, including formation, debt and equity financings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
Prior to joining SLS, Ben was the co-founder and President of Knows, an eyewear consumer brand and technology company based in San Diego, California, and earlier as an associate with Fenwick & West LLP, where he acted as corporate outside counsel to venture capital funds and technology companies at all stages. Prior to earning his law degree, Ben served in the United States Navy for nearly six years as an intelligence analyst in the special operations community, including a yearlong deployment to Afghanistan.
Ben received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and his B.A. from The Ohio State University where he was a member of the baseball team and 4-year athletic scholarship recipient.

Bryce Wilson is a managing associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. Before joining SLS, Bryce worked as an associate for Sherman & Howard L.L.C. in Denver, Colorado, where he represented public and private companies on a variety of financing and transactional matters. Bryce received his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Economics from the University of Oregon.
Outside of the office, Bryce enjoys long drives with his wife and two dogs as they discover charming locations across the western United States.
Charlie Clark is an associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. His practice focuses on advising emerging growth companies on a broad range of matters throughout their life cycle, including formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general business and governance matters. Charlie also represents venture capital investors.
Prior to joining SLS, Charlie was an associate in the Denver office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP where he advised clients on debt and equity financings, public offerings, reporting requirements, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Charlie also served on the in-house legal team at Molson Coors Beverage Company where he supported numerous domestic and international business units on a variety of legal and business issues. Charlie received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University.
Outside of the office, Charlie can be found attempting to conform to most Colorado stereotypes by camping, hiking, biking, skiing, and visiting breweries with his dog.

Prior to joining SLS, Chris was an associate at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where he advised startups, late-stage private companies, and venture capital investors. Coleman Cannon is a Partner at Silicon Legal Strategy.
Coleman works with entrepreneurs and startup teams to create and maintain corporate structures, protect and commercialize intellectual property, recruit and retain employees and other service providers, seek and raise capital and achieve successful exits for stakeholders. One of Coleman's specialties is working with technology companies on the drafting and negotiation of agreements for tech-related transactions and strategic alliances.
Coleman also regularly represents venture-capital, angel and strategic investors in various financing and M&A transactions. His experience includes work in the consumer Internet, software, SaaS, mobile, biotech, medical device, cleantech and semiconductor spaces.
Before joining SLS, Coleman worked at Silicon Valley boutique law firm Montgomery & Hansen, LLP and in the legal department of a biotech startup. He began his legal career in the corporate group at Fenwick & West LLP in Silicon Valley and San Francisco.

Prior to Fenwick & West, Ian was an associate in the Boston office of Goodwin Procter LLP where, in addition to his work with private companies, he counseled public companies through the IPO process and beyond.

Jaime is the Vice President of Administrative Operations at Silicon Legal Strategy. As the Vice President of Administrative Operations, Jaime oversees the day-to-day operation of the firm and manages its administrative staff. Jaime is also the main liaison for the firm's vendors and service providers. She works closely with the management team to oversee the development and implementation of firm-wide initiatives related to employee onboarding and retention, HR management, professional development, and firm operating policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Silicon Legal, Jaime was an Assistant Dean of Academic Advisement at Hofstra University where she counseled students and provided undergraduates both career and academic advising.
She holds a B.S. in Social Work and Women's Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Northern Arizona University.
Outside the office, Jaime enjoys spending time with her family, rooting for the Packers & Badgers, reading and traveling.
Joey Chang is a Senior Accountant at Silicon Legal Strategy.
As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, Joey has been meeting the accounting needs of companies and individuals in the Bay Area for the past 6 years. He specializes in month-end reconciliation, preparing journal entries for accrued liabilities and prepaids, and billings.
Prior to joining Silicon Legal Strategy, Joey worked as a Senior Accountant at Harmless Harvest for almost 5 years. During his time at the company, Joey was an integral part of the accounting team and served as liaison between the various departments, customers and auditors.
Joey has a BA degree in business economics and a minor in accounting from University of California - Irvine.

Prior to joining SLS, Natasha was a corporate associate at Kaye Scholer LLP and DLA Piper LLP (US) in Palo Alto and San Francisco, where she worked with emerging companies and investors in venture financings, M&A and corporate governance. She also practiced with DLA Piper Hong Kong and advised clients in various international transactions, including strategic investments and public offerings in the U.S., Hong Kong and India.
Natasha received her law degree from Boston College Law School and her undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.

Rachel is a Legal Assistant at Silicon Legal Strategy. In her role, Rachel provides administrative support to associates and enhances overall office efficiency. She assists associates with document management and editing, calendaring and other administrative tasks as assigned.
She obtained her undergraduate degree in anthropology with a focus on archaeology from the University of Washington. Her path to San Francisco involved spending a year working in a veterinary clinic and working comic conventions in the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to joining SLS, Rebecca was an associate in the San Francisco office of Cox, Castle & Nicholson, where she worked with real estate developers in the acquisition and financing of affordable housing projects. Robert Huey is Vice President of Finance at Silicon Legal Strategy.
As VP of Finance, Robert oversees the planning, financial reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, and financial systems for the firm.
Prior to joining SLS, Robert held various senior financial roles in professional service firms including Director of Finance at Meyers Nave, a law firm with attorneys advising on more than 20 complex fields of law, serving public, private and non-profit organizations located throughout California, and as Corporate Controller and Director of Operational Finance for Prophet Brand Strategy, a global consultancy that helps its clients find better ways to grow. Robert was an early employee of Zentropy, one of the first digital advertising agencies, where he was Director of Finance. Subsequent to Zentropy's acquisition by Interpublic Group, Robert was Vice President, Director of Finance for MRM Partner's Western Region.
Robert spent his early career in public accounting with KPMG Peat Marwick and has a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Rupa Bhandari is the Vice President of Legal Operations at Silicon Legal and plays a strategic role in the overall management of the firm as it continues to scale while also maintaining its people-focused culture. Rupa empowers the legal practice by collaborating with all the departments to develop and refine processes that drive increased efficiency, more robust team communication, and even better client service.
Prior to joining SLS, Rupa held leadership positions in law schools as Assistant Dean for Career Management at Santa Clara University School of Law and prior to that as Assistant Dean for Student Services at UC Hastings College of the Law where she managed the departments, worked on improving the systems and culture, and advised students on their careers by supporting their professional development and formation. Prior to that, she was an attorney at Gordon & Rees LLP. Rupa received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and her B.A.s in English and Communication Studies from UCLA.
When not at work, Rupa enjoys baking, swimming, and spending time with her family which includes two 80lb labradoodle mix rescues.
Ryan is a Partner who works with technology companies and their investors on a variety of legal matters, including formation, financing, regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, and general business matters.
Prior to joining Silicon Legal, Ryan served as product counsel for Scratch Services, Inc., a financial technology startup improving the loan servicing industry. Ryan started his practice representing startups and investors as an associate in the emerging company group at Goodwin Procter LLP, with a focus on venture and growth equity transactions. Ryan received his law degree from Stanford University and his undergraduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Sarah Boulden is a Partner at Silicon Legal Strategy and is the head of the Denver office. She works with technology companies and venture capital investors on a broad range of transactional legal matters, including day-to-day counseling, entity formations and corporate governance issues, protection and commercialization of intellectual property, equity and debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Sarah received her JD and MBA degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her undergraduate degrees in English and Corporate Communications with a minor in business from the University of Texas at Austin. Before joining SLS, Sarah worked with Colorado-based startups and was the managing member of a business consulting company, Entrepreneurial Solutions in Boulder, Colorado. Prior to earning her law degree, Sarah enjoyed a career in book publishing.
Outside of the office, Sarah spends her time negotiating with her toddler, hiking in the Rocky Mountains, perusing bookstores, and trying out new restaurants.
Sarah is a paralegal at Silicon Legal Strategy. She assists clients with incorporations, capitalization table management, and general corporate governance matters. Prior to working at the firm, Sarah worked at Cooley LLP in Santa Monica and obtained her paralegal certificate from UCLA-Extension.

Shelby Carr is Chief of Staff at Silicon Legal Strategy. She assists the partners and Department Heads with various firm initiatives relating to team matters, client service, business development, and recruiting. She is a member of the Recruiting Committee at the firm and manages the hiring process for the 1L summer program. Shelby also leads various law school recruiting and client events.
Before transitioning to her current role, Shelby was an Administrative Assistant at Silicon Legal. Shelby started her career as a financial services Recruiter for MassMutual.
Shelby received her undergraduate degree from University of California, Santa Barbara in Psychology.
Outside of work, Shelby enjoys OrangeTheory fitness, watching the Denver Broncos, and trying new restaurants.

Sylvia is the Staff Accountant at SLS and is happy to be part of the growing team.
Before joining SLS, Sylvia was the accountant at a high-end interior design firm for six years. During her time at the firm, Sylvia was integral part of the team and served as liaison between Accounting and the designers.
Sylvia is a Bay Area native who loves to travel but is happy coming home to San Francisco. Two of her favorite trips have been New Zealand and Mexico City, future travel plans include Portugal and Japan. During her downtime, Sylvia enjoys exploring and appreciating the architecture and street art around her, knitting gifts for friends, collecting vintage purses, watching movies with her weekly movie nerd club, spending time with her family, friends and her two chonky cats (Izzy and Mel).

Tina received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and her B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
When not at work, Tina enjoys hiking with her dog, collecting indoor plants, and discovering new restaurants.
Travis Robertson is an associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. Travis advises technology companies and their venture capital investors on a variety of legal matters, including formations, financings, technology licenses, mergers and acquisitions, and other general business and corporate governance matters.
Before starting his legal career, Travis was a cofounder of a healthtech startup that provided an app‑based direct to patient pharmacy service. Prior to joining the team at Silicon Legal, Travis worked at Fenwick & West LLP as a member of their corporate practice group and on the in-house legal team at Adobe Systems Incorporated.
Travis received his law degree from Stanford Law School and a bachelor's degree in International Relations and Japanese from Brigham Young University.
Outside of the office, Travis enjoys traveling to new places, playing board games, hiking, and listening to podcasts.
Vinh Nguyen is the Operations Manager at Silicon Legal Strategy. He oversees high-level organizational activities and the day-to-day operation of the firm across its multiple offices.
Prior to joining Silicon Legal Strategy, Vinh received his Bachelor's degree from California State University, East Bay with a focus in Finance and Information Technology Management. Vinh started his career as an Administrative Assistant for Eden Housing, a real estate company that focuses on providing affordable housing for low-income families, seniors, and people with disabilities. He worked his way up the ranks, and eventually held the title of Operations Manager with Eden Housing, Inc. After 8 years, Vinh left Eden Housing to join Blueground Co as an Operations Manager. Blueground is a real estate company that focuses on providing fully furnished apartments for business clientele.
Vishal Ganesan is an associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. Vishal advises early stage and emerging growth companies and venture capital investors on pre-incorporation formation issues, equity and debt financings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining SLS, Vishal was an associate at Egan Nelson LLP, where he worked with emerging companies on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Prior to Egan Nelson, Vishal was an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he advised private and public companies on a wide variety of matters including entity formations, venture capital financings, token issuances, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Vishal received his law degree from The University of Virginia School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona.
Outside of work, Vishal enjoys exploring the Bay Area, cooking, and watching NBA basketball.
