HEALTHY FOODS CAN TASTE DELICIOUS

When I was growing up, my parents encouraged me to eat healthy foods. My mother always made sure we at vegetables with our dinners. As a child, I didn't think I liked healthy foods, because I didn't like some of the vegetables my mother served us! After a recent health scare, I decided to start eating healthy again as an adult, and I thought that meant eating the same bad-tasting vegetables I had as a child. Thankfully, I have a friend who eats very healthy and she let me try some of her favorite tasty healthy foods. I was amazed that health food could really taste so good! Since then, I have been eating healthy and enjoying the taste! I want to help others learn how delicious health foods really can be, so I decided to start a blog about my favorites!
