Chad Sackman

Chad Sackman is the Chief Executive Officer of Signature Medical Group, one of the largest independent, physician-owned multi-specialty groups in the St. Louis and Kansas City areas. The group includes orthopedics, physical medicine and rehabilitation, OB/GYN, colorectal surgery, primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, podiatry, and allergy practices. Chad has been with Signature Medical Group since 2001, holding numerous clinical and business positions before serving his current role as CEO. He has a BS in Community Health/Athletic Training from SIUE, a BA in Nursing from the University of Missouri St. Louis and an MBA from Fontbonne University. Chad is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Alliance of Orthopedic Executives and the Midwest Health Initiative.

Cori Casey Turner

Cori Casey Turner is Senior Counsel at Husch Blackwell LLP in Kansas City, Missouri. Cori routinely advises healthcare providers on various matters including strategic affiliations, reimbursement and civil and criminal fraud investigations and self-disclosures. Cori has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Teams for various other non-profit organizations, including Cabot Westside Health Center and the American Heart Association Go Red for Women campaign. Elizabeth (Beth) Schlueter joined Signature Healthcare Foundation in 2002 as the Executive Director. The mission of Signature Healthcare Foundation and the ability to make a difference in people's lives drew her to the organization. Her position builds on her passion to help effect change by addressing core issues, policies, and ways systems fit together in order to work more effectively to solve community needs. Beth has over 35 years of non-profit management experience including sixteen years with the United Way of Greater St. Louis. She has also consulted on a national basis with the United Way of America with planning, community engagement, researching, prioritizing and focus area needs. She has excelled in fundraising, board development, relationship building, strategic planning and staff management. Beth has a master in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Illinois State University. She is also a graduate of Focus' Leadership St. Louis program and Women in Leadership Program. Beth is not only a leader with Signature Healthcare Foundation, she is also a leader in her community. She is former Chair of both the Edwardsville Plan Commission and the Outreach Committee at her church. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, reading, and attending aerobics classes.

Elizabeth Connelly

Frank J. D'Antonio - CEO

Frank is CEO & Managing Partner, ALINICO Holdings, LLC. Prior to that he was President of Aetna's Heartland region which includes Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Southern Illinois. Prior to joining Aetna, he served as director of sales and marketing of Healthsource (CIGNA). He was also an account executive for MH Healthcare (MPlan) in Indianapolis and an agent with Country Insurance in Chicago. Mr. D'Antonio currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Regional Business Council and Midwest Health Initiative. He graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in marketing and master's degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Jennifer A. Lamons

Jennifer Lamons has extensive experience in leading healthcare benefit plan design and administration. She is Director of Sales, Large Group, for Anthem, Inc. Prior to this position, she held leadership roles at Concordia Plan Services, Edward Jones and Met Life. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Truman State University and an MA in Human Resources Management from Webster University.

John Doerr - VP

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri - Columbia. Lauren Alvino

Lauren Alvino joined the Foundation in 2021 and works part-time as the Grants and Development Coordinator. Lauren was drawn to the Foundation's work of increasing accessible, equitable healthcare. With six years of nonprofit development experience, Lauren specializes in grant management, communications, and donor stewardship. She has her bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Nekisha Williams Omotola

Nekisha Williams Omotola has 25 years of experience in marketing and public relations. She was previously a senior marketing manager at Twentieth Century Fox and the Deputy Director of Marketing for the City of New Orleans. She was recently licensed to practice real estate in Illinois, and is a commercial agent with Kunkel Wittenauer Group. She has extensive community involvement including the Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois, the Friends of the Wildey Theatre Board, the Madison County Child Advocacy Center Friends Board, the Edwardsville Community Unit School District 7 Board, the 100+ Women Who Care from the 618 Leadership Team, and the Watershed Nature Center Board. Nekisha is a member of the Edwardsville NAACP, Action Metro East, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and University of Missouri Alumni Association.

Robert H. Sigmund

Dr. Sigmund is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and a sports medicine physician based in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Sigmund is a member of American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, St. Louis Orthopaedic Society, Mid-Central States Orthopaedic Society and has a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine.

Robert M. Cox III

Sharla McGinnis joined Signature Healthcare Foundation in 2014 as the Events Manager. She began working for Signature Healthcare Foundation because she wanted to get involved in a local non-profit where her work could make an impact to the community. She is the backbone to all the events of Signature Healthcare Foundation and helps raise thousands of dollars. Prior to working for Signature Healthcare Foundation, she was a Public School Teacher in Springfield, IL for twelve years. She graduated from Illinois State University with her bachelor's degree in Education. Besides her work at Signature Healthcare Foundation, she is actively involved in the community. She volunteers with St. John's UMC as a youth team member and is a Meals on Wheels Driver. She also is an avid tennis fan. She volunteers with Mitch N'Friends, an organization that teaches tennis to individuals with special needs, and is the USTA Edwardsville Futures Professional Tennis Tournament Housing Director. In her free time she loves to spend times with her family and travel. She especially enjoys trips to Colorado in the snow.

Suzanne Elton

Dr. Elton is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, with special interests in endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery, along with treatment of the hand and wrist arthritis and tennis elbow. She is a member of American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Association for Hand Surgery, Mayo Alumni Association and has a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand.

Tim Schoenecker

Tim Schoenecker is dean of the SIUE School of Business. Prior to this position, he served as interim dean of the business school for two years. Dr. Schoenecker earned a Ph.D. in strategic management from Purdue University's Krannert Graduate School of Management. During his twenty-seven year career at SIUE, Dr. Schoenecker's primary teaching responsibilities were in the areas of strategic management and entrepreneurship and his primary research interests are in the areas of corporate governance and top management teams. Dr. Schoenecker has consulting and corporate training experience at organizations ranging from a small not-for-profit organization to a large multinational publicly traded firm.
