Yi-Hsuan Rachel Lin is an experienced civil litigation attorney in various practice areas, including commercial fraud, contractual dispute, and other business related litigation. She also has substantial experience in a variety of employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases against private and public employers in state and federal courts. She also represents whistleblowers under the California Labor Code, federal False Claims Act, and other equivalent state acts.
