Yi-Hsuan Rachel Lin is an experienced civil litigation attorney in various practice areas, including commercial fraud, contractual dispute, and other business related litigation. She also has substantial experience in a variety of employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases against private and public employers in state and federal courts. She also represents whistleblowers under the California Labor Code, federal False Claims Act, and other equivalent state acts. Her work includes all aspects of case management including drafting pleadings and motion papers (including oppositions to motions for summary judgment and motions to compel discovery), arguing motions in state and federal courts, handling written discovery, taking and defending lay and expert depositions, negotiating in mediations, and preparing for trial/arbitration.
