Amanda ONeill

Job Titles:
  • Leasing Agent / Marketing Coordinator
Amanda started with us in October of 2012. She is responsible for the leasing, advertising, and marketing of our rental properties. She actively maintains our social media sites and manages the Rently system for the showings of our rental homes. Amanda has been in the property management field for over 15 years, and has held multiple positions in both conventional as well as tax credit multi-housing communities. Amanda currently attends Metro Community College, where she is ea rning her degree in Marketing. She has multiple certifications in tax credit compliance, and has her Professional Organizers certification. She is a member of the National Apartment Association and holds a position on the education commitee.

Chase Knock

Job Titles:
  • Maintenance Technician
Chase started with us in May of 2014. As a Maintenance technician, he is one of the faces you see when you have called in a maintenance request. Chase is responsible for the care and maintenance of our rental properties, by completing repairs from assigned work orders, preparing homes for move-in, to responding to emergency maintenance issues. Chase is originally from Eastern Iowa, and moved to Omaha in 2014. He earned his Associates Degree in fire Science in 2013, and recently recieved his EMT cerification in 2015. Chase holds a level two welding certification as well.

Jasmine Evans-Resident

  • Resident Relations Manager
Jamine is currently the head of the Residential Team consisting of our Resident Manager, and our Leasing Agent. Jasmine started with our company in February 2015 as a Property Manager. Her current role has shifted to Resident Relations Manager, where her responsibilities include Resident relations, retention, and accounts. She ensures that your experience with us is a positive one, and she strives to answer your questions, concerns, and handle your issues within a timely and professional manner. Jasmine is an Omaha native, and graduated from Papillion LaVista South. She has held multiple positions within the Property Management industry including, Leasing, Managing multi-housing communities, and overseeing the development stages of new construction projects for a multi-family properties. She is a member of the National Apartment Association and holds a position on the education committee.

John Yost

Job Titles:
  • Maintenance Technician
John started with our team in August of 2014. He is one of the faces you see when you have called in a maintenance request. John is responsible for the care and maintenance of our rental properties, by completing repairs from assigned work orders, and preparing homes for move in, to responding to emergency maintenance issues. John is an Omaha native, and a veteran. John served 20 years in the US Marine Corps, and has been stationed all around the world including Japan, Norway, and Austrialia, and retired an E7 Gunnery Sgt. As an Eagle scout, John is the current Scout Master of Troop 467 out of Bellevue. As a member of the Bellevue Rod & Gun Club John serves as a range safety officer for the Bellevue/Omaha High School trap meets.

Sarah Nothhorn-Resident

Sarah recently joined our team in November of 2015. Sarah is responsible for resident relations, retention, and accounts. She is the face you see when you move-in, and she conducts our mid-term inspections. Sarah strives to make your move-in and residency with us a positive and enjoyable experience. Sarah has been in the Property Management Industry for over 16 years and has held multiple positions within the industry. Her past experience consists of overseeing the management of 15 properties with 1800 units for both conventional and Tax Credit properties. Sarah holds a Tour and Travel Certificate from Nebrask College of Business, and is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association.

Steve Hoisington

Job Titles:
  • Maintenance Supervisor
Steve has been a part of our Team as an independant contractor for over 11 years. Recently he joined our team as the Maintenance Supervisor in 2015 where he is responsible for the care and maintenance or our rental properties, and overseeing maintenance projects as assigned by the Asset Manager. Steve also completes repairs from assigned work orders and prepares our rental homes for move-in. He is responsible for our emergency maintenance work order assignment, and has also responded to emergency work orders as well. Originally from Akron Ohio, Steve moved to Omaha in 1978 and recieved his Associates Degree in Network Engineering in 1985. He also holds multiple software certifications, and has been in the general contracting field for over 25 years.
