Arlyn Bradshaw

Arlyn Bradshaw is the executive director of Best Friends Animal Society - Utah and serves as a member of the Salt Lake County Council. Bradshaw has served on the Visit Salt Lake Executive Board, Salt Lake County Board of Health, Planned Parenthood Association of Utah Board and as chair of the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake County. He is a former Assistant Dean of Students at the University of Utah, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration. Bradshaw has also served as executive director of the Utah Democratic Party.

Dirk Burton

Dirk Burton began serving as Mayor for the City of West Jordan in January 2020. He previously served on the West Jordan City Council. Mayor Burton has served as chairman of the Utah State Electricians Licensing Board, as Utah State Construction Commissioner and with Salt Lake County Council of Governments. In addition, Mayor Burton has been a member of the Western Growth Coalition and the Jordan River Commission. Mayor Burton was appointed to the Airport Advisory Board in 2020 and is a resident of West Jordan.

Hoang Nguyen

Hoang Nguyen has extensive business experience and acumen as well as community involvement. Ms. Nguyen is the Managing Partner of Sapa Investments and Chief Executive Officer of Holding Dragons. She arrived with her family as a refugee from Vietnam and grew up on the west side of Salt Lake. Since 2012, Nguyen has been focused on growing the family business, which now has more than 500 employees within the following five divisions: Sapa Gastronomy Group; Sapa Investments Real Estate holdings; G1 Construction Group; Holding Dragons; and Foundry Food Hub. Nguyen's community involvement includes Chair of the Midtown Business District Board, member of the Advisory Committee for the Gerald E. King Women's Center and member of the Visit Salt Lake Board. She graduated from the University of Utah with a Master of Business Administration Degree.

Nathan Rafferty

Job Titles:
  • President and CEO of Ski Utah
Nathan Rafferty has served as the President and CEO of Ski Utah since 2005. Prior to that, Rafferty served as director of communications. In 2018, he was named Utah Business Magazine CEO of the Year. He was also named as one of the magazine's 100 Most Influential People in 2007 and again in 2012. Rafferty graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. He currently serves on several boards, including the Utah Office of Tourism, Visit Salt Lake, Visit Ogden, Utah Tourism Industry Association, and SLC Airport's Air Service Development Committee.

Roger Boyer

Roger Boyer is chairman of The Boyer Company, where he serves as a director and advisor. Under his direction, The Boyer Company has developed more than 30 million square feet of commercial projects throughout the Intermountain West. Boyer has served in numerous community positions and is currently on the University of Utah Hospital Advisory Board, University of Utah National Advisory Committee, ARUP Laboratories Board and is a Trustee at the University of Utah. Boyer received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah and a Masters of Business Administration at Harvard Business School.

Senator Luz Escamilla

Luz Escamilla is a Utah State Senator for District 10 and serves as the Minority Leader in the Utah State Legislature. She is the co-founder and managing partner of ESCATEC Solutions, and formerly worked as the chief operations officer at MiCARE Network and has also worked at Zions Bank and the State Office of Ethnic Affairs. Senator Escamilla received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Utah.

Steve Price

Steve Price is the founder of Price Real Estate. He currently serves as a board member of EDCUtah, The World Trade Center Utah, the University of Utah Board of Trustees, John and Marcia Price Family Foundation, and the Utah Sports Commission. He has been an active member of the Young Presidents Organization since 1996, the Utah World Presidents Organization since 2013, and served as the private sector co-chair of the SLC 2026 Olympic Winter Games Exploratory Committee. Price was appointed to the Airport Advisory Board in 2017.

Theresa Foxley

Theresa Foxley is the President and CEO of EDCUtah. She previously served as the Deputy Director of Corporate Recruitment and Business Services at the Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED). Prior her time at GOED, Foxley worked as a business and finance attorney with the Salt Lake law firm of Ballard Spahr. There she represented a diverse set of clients in corporate and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions. Foxley received her undergraduate degree from Utah State University and Juris Doctorate from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.
