George Gilchrist, Kansas City partner of S & S Holding Company and a licensed broker in Kansas and Missouri, founded Gilchrist & Associates, Inc. in 1987. Gilchrist & Associates is a commercial, retail and office, property management, leasing and asset management company for seven developed properties, 635,250 square feet, and 15.8 acres of ground.
Prior to Gilchrist & Associates, Inc., George was a Vice President of a large midwest real estate developer with properties in five regional areas of the United States.
Robin was born in Webster City, Iowa and grew up on the same farm on which his father was raised. He graduated from Webster City High School and attended Iowa Central Community College prior to obtaining a finance degree from the University of Iowa. Robin and his wife, Corinne, are parents of three active, athletic children attending classes in the Waukee school district.
EXPERIENCE
Using his finance degree from the University of Iowa, Robin was a Financial Consultant and Stock Broker with Waddell & Reed aiding clients with their financial portfolios. In 1985, Robin joined Iowa Realty Commercial, the state's largest real estate company. He has been active in commercial real estate sales, leasing, acquisitions and development for the past twenty-three years.

Robin Seiser, CCIM, has been an active broker and investor in commercial real estate since 1984. He founded S Management Group, Inc. in 1998 and is its president. The company is a commercial real estate investment, development, management, and brokerage firm that has offices or associates in Des Moines and Fort Dodge, Iowa and Kansas City, Missouri.
