Seal-coating is simply painting your asphalt black. It does not fill cracks or damaged areas. With seal-coating, your cracked & damaged asphalt will still continue to fail. Seal-coating at this point is not recommended... SLURRY-COAT gives you a thick, jet black estate looking, heavy duty course, crushed stone textured surface, with natural occurring surfacing seams.
