It was a luggage mishap at Sydney Airport in 1993 that resulted in the Malaysia Airlines customer service agent Debbie, and Italian ski instructor Tom, crossing paths. Call it a chance meeting, destiny or just plain good luck, the couple have gone on to celebrate many of life's milestone together. With Alina and Hugh being their pride and joy, the Skiare Ski Tour business is not far behind. Based in Brisbane during the Southern Hemisphere Winter, the couple started Skiare Ski Tours 18 years ago, combining their experience and expertise in the travel and skiing industries. "I was really fortunate to begin my working career in the Airline Industry and it was my roles with American Airlines and Malaysia Airlines that gave me a solid foundation and understanding for what great customer service actually meant.
