He also serves as treasurer at the Home Front Military Network and volunteered as a reserve deputy for the El Paso County Sheriff's Office for 12 years before retiring in 2022. A passionate supporter of the Colorado Springs community, Buddy was honored as a Rising Star in 2016. Buddy was recognized as a 40 under Forty Award by National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts® (NACVA®) in 2019.
In 2022, Buddy was honored by Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) as an industry Rising Star. Chris holds himself to the highest standard with hard work, intelligence, trust and putting himself in his client's shoes. He spent 15+ years of his career working in restaurants learning the meaning of hard work, team work, time management, communication.
Since beginning his public accounting career in 2006, Chris continues to apply these vital skills that have contributed to the success that he has achieved during his career as a Certified Public Accountant. He currently works with small businesses by implementing strategic plans to create efficiencies, manage cash flow and ultimately increase the value and sustainability of their companies. Dave has been in public accounting since 1975. His experience includes performing, planning and supervising audits of numerous companies in virtually all segments of the southern Colorado economy. He has worked for clients with revenues ranging from none to in excess of $200 million. He specializes in financial institutions, healthcare, real estate and high tech industries.
His experience in valuation encompasses multiple industries and situations, such as estate and gift tax, buy/sell transactions and matrimonial dispute. Dave has testified in a variety of situations involving lost profits and accounting and auditing issues.

Dave has been an accredited Certified Valuation Analyst since 1998. He was previously a member of the numerous Small Business, Real Estate and Nonprofit committees as well as a Forensic and Litigation Services committee.
He serves as secretary of the Garden of the Gods Foundation. He was appointed in 1999 by the Governor to the Board of the Colorado Education and Cultural Facilities Authority (a State of Colorado conduit debt issuer) and served as chairman during his tenure.
Dave is also involved with many local community organizations, including The Pikes Peak Council, Boy Scouts of America, Community Partnership for Child Development (Head Start), Pikes Peak United Way, Pikes Peak Mental Health Center, Pikes Peak Foundation for Mental Health, Palmer Land Trust and the Colorado Springs Economic Development Corporation.

Devon began her public accounting career when she joined the Stockman Kast Ryan + Company team at the beginning of 2023. She has a background working with real estate entities, property management companies and retail industries. He is the firm's tax partner in charge, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA). Jordan also serves on the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) board of directors, an 11-member volunteer board appointed by Colorado Springs City Council, which includes one seat for a council member. He is a graduate of the Rainmaker Academy and the Leadership NOW! program of Leadership Pikes Peak and serves as treasurer for the local chapter of the American Outlaws, a support organization for the US national soccer teams.

Julianna started her full time career in Charlotte, NC where she was part of the Global Employer Services (GES) tax team. She specialized in expatriate and inpatriate taxation where she assisted clients with United States tax compliance and help with their employees to understand the tax implications that come with traveling outbound and inbound of the United States. Additionally, she provided support and consultation to clients regarding their global mobility programs and interface with international assignees. Julianna's role also comprised of preparing and reviewing 1040 individual income tax returns for the employees of clients, preparing payroll calculations including, but not limited to, year end adjustments, hypothetical tax calculations, and gross-up calculations.
