Adam Pollitt

Adam Pollitt as president of Consilio's EMEAA region, works to maximize Consilio's success in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia by more closely integrating Consilio's culture with the unique aspects of doing business in these regions. Adam works closely with leaders of the various functional teams to steward the people, culture, and collaboration of the International businesses and improve its growth, efficiency, and client experience. In his nearly 25 years working in electronic discovery and disclosure, Adam has accumulated expertise in a number of areas, including Digital Forensics & Expert Services, Project Management, Data Operations and Analytics, and Legal Placements, Staffing, and Review Services. Adam has worked on projects throughout North America, Europe, and Asia and speaks conversational and business German and is conversational in Spanish and French. Prior to joining Consilio, Adam spent eight years with Howrey LLP.

Andy Macdonald - CEO

Andy Macdonald is CEO of Consilio where he is responsible for all strategic and operational initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and grow the business. Andy holds more than 20 years of executive experience across many industries and functional disciplines. Prior to Consilio, Andy was a founding member of First Advantage Corporation's management team and from 2003 - 2011 served in many capacities at the company, most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was with The First American Corporation as President, Occupational Health Services. Andy joined First American in 2002 through the acquisition of Bethesda, MD-based Employee Health Programs, where he was President and CEO. Andy lives in Washington, DC with his wife and three children.

She has supported People, executive leadership strategies, and product development strategies across a variety of industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, technology and services. Brandyn resides in Nashville, Tennessee.

Michael Flanagan - Chief Legal Officer

Michael Flanagan is General Counsel for Consilio. Prior to joining the company, Mike spent more than 20 years with Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in Washington, D.C., the last 11 as a partner. In that role he counseled public and private companies on a broad range of legal matters, including the resolution of commercial disputes, the negotiation of corporate transactions and various compliance issues. Mike was a founding member and a co-chair of the firm's Electronic Data Discovery Initiative and Information Law Practice Group. In addition to his responsibilities as General Counsel, Mike writes and speaks regularly on eDiscovery issues.

Mohamed Alsinnawi

Raj Chandrasekar

He joined Consilio from First Advantage, where he held the position of Chief Information Officer. Raj has over 25 years of experience in the field of Software Development and Infrastructure Management and has held technology leadership positions in various large corporations. Raj lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two kids.

Tim Yost - CFO

Yost succeeds Dale Bowen in this role. Tim Yost is the Chief Financial Officer for Consilio where he is responsible for all finance, accounting, and facilities functions. Tim has more than 20 years of executive finance experience across multiple companies and industries. Prior to joining the Company Tim was the CFO of Axiom Legal from 2016-2020 and also held the same role at Clark Construction Group from 2008-2016 and CEB (now Gartner) from 2002-2008. Prior to his role as CFO at CEB, he held various senior financial roles within the Financial Planning and Analysis team. Tim lives in Washington DC with his wife and four children.
