Winemakers are lucky: we have a wonderful job. Nevertheless, it requires great efforts and sacrifices. Very often there are no weekends and no holidays, since we have to work according to the climate conditions of the year that sometimes make the time of intervention extremely tight. For this reason we need to be able to schedule our activity trying to interpret the pedoclimatic features of our area. This interpretation is based on the analysis of the components of the ecosystem that surrounds our plants, and it is carried out studying the features of the climate, the soil and the fauna.
