The principals, John Steinman and Richard Luevano, Jr, together offer over 50 years of project experience that includes residences, hospitals, churches, schools, libraries, jails, assisted-living facilities, offices, warehouse facilities and parking garages. We have extensive experience with tilt-wall, pre-cast concrete, concrete, wood, masonry,light-gauge steel, and structural steel designs. Steinman Luevano Structures has designed a number of sustainable structures, including a LEEDS Gold-rated EMS facility in Austin. With the use of the up-to-date design tool Revit, we are able to produce three-dimensional modeling of our projects.
