Ali was raised in Sun Valley, ID where she grew up riding horses and fly fishing the Big Wood River. Recently, she built a home on 5 acres in Eagle. With her husband and daughter they raise two cows, one horse, 30 chickens and three dogs. In her free time she loves to travel and includes fishing on her adventures.
Ali has been a licensed agent since 2003 in three different states. She specialized in corporate and government relocation in Maryland for 5 years. Her hard work, charisma and true passion for her business and clients shows in every transaction.
Amber has been knowledgeable in both buying and selling real estate she has worked as a transaction coordinator and office manager for a real estate brokerage, which has allowed her to learn from some top producers.
In her free time she loves being outside. Being an Idaho native, she has had the joys of knowing where all the amazing outdoor adventures are from hiking to hunting to off-roading and exploring. She has an amazing husband and three active teen boys! Amber can never get enough sunshine in her life, and if she can share it with friends and family, it's even better!

Daniel Hatch serves as an investment specialist in the Boise Idaho office. His service is focused on the disposition and acquisition of industrial and office buildings in Idaho and surrounding regions. Daniel is a California native, he grew up in Southern California, and graduated from Brigham Young University - Idaho with a Bachelor degree in Business Management with a focus in Supply-Chain Management. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Hatch worked for a manufacture of a gun and home safe as a purchasing manager. He was over international supply-chain/purchasing for the company. Mr. Hatch comes from a long line of real estate investors and has enjoyed managing family properties and assisting in the acquisition of properties prior to becoming an agent. He love what he does and loves helping others accomplish their investing goals!
Outside of assisting his clients, Daniel enjoys playing sports, hiking, hunting, snowboarding and wakeboarding whenever possible. He spent two-years on a service mission in Columbus, Ohio. Daniel is happily married with 3 kids and lives in Meridian, ID.
Darcy was born and raised in Ketchikan, Alaska and relocated to Idaho in high school.
Darcy left the wine and spirits industry where she worked her way up from local field sales to Vice President operating in both Idaho and Montana. She has now joined her husband, Steve Hart in their land development and building company, Urban Solutions.
Dennis is an Idaho native, raised on a farm where he learned to love the land at an early age. After the military, Dennis worked in the institutional food equipment business where he spent many years designing and installing commercial kitchens.
He loves to spend time with his wife and family in the great outdoors camping and traveling. He is a strong community volunteer.

Jean is a partner in Smith & Coelho. She has been in the real estate business over 20 years. She also owns Development Services Inc., an HOA management company, since 2000. Jean is well versed in all areas of residential real estate over the entire Treasure Valley. With her knowledge of real estate and HOA management, she brings good insight to Buyers and their needs. This background also helps with Sellers when listing their property to ensure that the proper information is relayed to all potential Buyers. Jean's only child, Dallas Belle, is a Springer Spaniel! Jean is an avid year round golfer when not working!
Born and raised in Boise, Idaho; Karissa started her professional career as a medical billing specialist for St. Luke's after attending Boise State University. Karissa has always had an appreciation for homes and loves interior design. This passion led her to the field of real estate 8 years ago. Her drive to make people's dreams a reality in real estate has made her a valuable member of the Freedman Team Real Estate.
When she's not working, she enjoys horseback riding, BSU football and supporting her children in all of their activities.
LeeAnn transitioned into real estate after seven years in the accounting field. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2009, joining Smith & Coelho in 2010. She brings her experience in problem solving working with numbers to problem solving working with buyers and sellers. LeeAnn is born and bred in Idaho, living in the Treasure Valley for the last 18 years. She and her husband, Corey, have enjoyed raising their 3 daughters, their oldest Emily a graduate of the U of I while the younger two, Lauryn and Caitlin, are both currently attending as a junior and a freshman. LeAnn and her husband are now officially empty nesters after years of volunteer parent involvement with coaching and managing girls' club soccer. LeeAnn enjoys spending time at their second home in New Meadows, boating, playing indoor soccer, family time and photography. After being the official photographer for many soccer teams, she turned that love into real estate photography, now providing exceptional photos for many real estate agents.
Mark moved to Eagle, Idaho in 2005 and worked for a residential home builder in Boise for two years. Previously, he worked in real estate and mortgage banking for 24 years in California.

Born and raised in Boise, Idaho; Meagan graduated from Boise State University with a business management degree & a minor in finance. She started her professional career as a financial analyst for a commercial property management company for a few years before getting her real estate license in 2009. She is a hard worker and loves helping people build, design, stage and sell/purchase homes!
Outside of assisting her clients, Meagan lives in Meridian & enjoys photography, playing sports, traveling, and being in the sunshine with her husband & their 3 kids.
Pat came to real estate in 2006. Given his knowledge, experience and sharp attention to details, he has become a consistent top producer in the industry. Armed with an extensive background in farms and ranches, he is considered an equine property specialist. Pat also has expertise with farm, ranch development land and water right.

Shurie Urquidi is a Realtor with Smith and Coelho, The Real Estate Company, and an Executive Manager with Development Services Inc. (DSI), a locally owned homeowner's association management company. Shurie received her degree in Business Administration from BSU and was promoted to a management position at DSI shortly thereafter, where she has been a valued team member for over 15 years. Seeking further career development in a related industry, she sought her real estate license in 2018. By working in fields dedicated to serving home sellers and buyers, before, during and after their transaction, she offers a well-rounded and practical view to clients.

Steve has had the opportunity to see the Treasure Valley grow throughout the years. He was born in Boise and raised just North of Eagle on a small 120-acre farm. After a serving in the Idaho Air National Guard, he began a long career in manufactured homes and RV dealerships. For many years he worked in that field, and for 10 of those years, he was a partner in a local dealership.
In 2006 a good friend encouraged him to obtain his Idaho Real Estate License. As life would have it, that was just as the economy was heading into a down-turn. He worked hard through the recession in his new profession and came out on the other end a stronger and more versatile agent. He's had experience selling residential, building lots, development-ground, farms and acreages, vacation properties, commercial and investment properties.
