Biography Angelica Caparelli, Esq., is an associate attorney in the pre-litigation department at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine. Angelica started her legal career when she joined Anidjar & Levine as a law clerk in her second year of law school. Biography Anthony K. Goodman, Esq., joined the law firm of Anidjar & Levine, P.A. in August, 2015. Mr. Goodman earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1994 from Nova Southeastern University Center for the Study of Law. Since graduating law school he has practiced exclusively in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. Biography Juan Carlos Arias focuses his practice in the areas of Florida Lawyer Regulation, Lawyer Ethics Consulting, State Professional Licensing, Law Student Representation before the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, and Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL). Juan Carlos was born in Puerto Rico and is the son of Cuban immigrants. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1996. Juan Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Dickinson College and a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. Juan Carlos became a commissioned officer in the United States Army in 1993 and upon graduating from law school served in the Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAGC). Martin D. Stern

Biography Mr. Stern is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented Clients through verdict in State and Federal Courts. This includes litigating catastrophic claims involved premises liability, negligent security, automobile and trucking accidents. Mr. Stern has also litigated claims involving Florida liquor liability laws, medical malpractice and wrongful death. Mr. Stern began his law practice in 1994 after graduating from Widener University Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In addition to his other law school achievements, Mr. Stern was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and received its Distinguished Service Award. He took first place in the Widener Moot Court Competition and was Outstanding Oral Advocate in The National Moot Court Competition. He was selected by his law professors for admission to the Order of Barristers. Mr. Stern holds the AVĀ® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating for ethics and legal ability. Zachry Indus., Inc., 105 So. 3d 629, 633 (Fla. 4th DCA 2013) Prior to law school, Mr. Stern served as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force for six years. During this service he received the Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal and the Air Force Good Conduct Medal. He also received the Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon and the Air Force Overseas Long Tour Service Ribbon. Mr. Stern served as Chair of the Florida Bar Military & Veterans Affairs Committee from July of 2015 through July of 2017. Biography Michael Walrath has lived and practiced in Miami since 2004, after earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He has dedicated his entire legal career to negotiating and litigating the reasonableness of medical bills. Prior to private practice, Mr. Walrath served as Florida counsel to the Fairness Foundation, an Indiana non-profit organization assisting uninsured patients nationwide in resolving unreasonable hospital bills. She was the Vice President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, External Operations Coordinator of the NSU Trial Association, and a member of the Moot Court Society. In 2018, Ms. Mancini was inducted into the Order of the Barristers to honor her excellence in trial advocacy. Before joining Anidjar & Levine, Ms. Mancini was a legal intern at a social security and disability law firm. In 2017, Ms. Mancini started at Anidjar & Levine as a law clerk for the pre-litigation department. As a law clerk, Ms. Mancini drafted demand letters, ordered and reviewed medical records, and assisted case managers in preparing files for demand to insurance companies. In 2019, after all of her experiences in helping the injured, Ms. Mancini joined the Worker's Compensation department as a litigation associate attorney.

Biography Peter Ridge is an associate attorney in the litigation department at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine. Prior to joining Anidjar & Levine, Mr. Ridge was an associate attorney with McAlpin Conroy where he focused his practice on a broad spectrum of maritime litigation matters. Mr. Ridge's experience included representation of vessel owners, cruise lines, concessionaires, cargo interests, marine insurance underwriters, protection & indemnity associations, and marine leaders. While at McAlpin Conroy, Mr. Ridge managed all aspects of litigation involving the defense of high-exposure maritime passenger and crewmember claims alleging personal injury, over-service, wrongful death, failure to provide maintenance and cure, and traumatic brain injury. Mr. Ridge began his career at Lipcon, Margulies, Alsina & Winkleman as a maritime attorney, where he handled passenger personal injury claims, crew-member personal injury claims, crew-member contract claims, wrongful death claims, as well as non-maritime personal injury claims. Mr. Ridge attended St. Thomas University Law School located in Miami Gardens, Florida. While at St. Thomas, Mr. Ridge was an active member of the Moot Court Competition Team, St. Thomas Chapter of the Federal Bar, as well as the Peter T. Fay American Inn of Court. Mr. Ridge enjoyed success at St. Thomas earning Dean's List honors and a Pro Bono Commendation. Biography Philip J. Feldman, Esq. is the managing partner of the Workers' Compensation litigation division at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine, P.A. Mr. Feldman received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami. During law school, Mr. Feldman worked for one of the largest workers' compensation firms in South Florida. Mr. Feldman is a member of the Florida and Tennessee Bar. He is also a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, the Florida Justice Association, the Florida Workers' Advocates and the national Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group. Mr. Feldman is a member of the Million Dollar & Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having obtained results of more than a million dollars in many cases. Philip has drawn from his personal experiences of active participation in offshore powerboat racing and piloting helicopters necessitating a keen understanding of equipment and vehicle dynamics to bring a unique perspective to his representation in workers' compensation cases.
