Mr. Brenker graduated in 2015 from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Journalism. After, Mr. Brenker graduated from FAU, he attended law School at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2018. During his studies at the Shepard Broad College of Law, Mr. Brenker interned at the Public Defenders Office in Broward County, where he sat in on depositions, trials and did client intakes at the Broward County jails.
Mr. Brenker first gained his PIP experience working as an associate at Landau & Associates, where he handled his own case load and attended trial as second chair. He spent his days at Landau & Associates drafting and arguing motions while resolving cases in an efficient and timely manner.

Biography
Angelica Caparelli, Esq., is an associate attorney in the pre-litigation department at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine. Angelica started her legal career when she joined Anidjar & Levine as a law clerk in her second year of law school. Since the beginning of her career here, Angelica has dedicated herself to improving her craft and learning as much as possible from partners, case managers, and associates alike. She is extremely passionate about bringing justice to her clients who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others.
Angelica earned her undergraduate degree in political science from The University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University. During her time in law school, Angelica participated in the LEAD summer program where she taught informational sessions on new legislation, mental wellness, and cyberbullying prevention to middle school children. In her free time, Angelica enjoys meditation and spending time with her very large family, including her two cats and her turtle.

Anthony K. Goodman, Esq., joined the law firm of Anidjar & Levine, P.A. in August, 2015. Mr. Goodman earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1994 from Nova Southeastern University Center for the Study of Law. Since graduating law school he has practiced exclusively in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. Mr. Goodman is a member of the Florida Bar; the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida of Federal Court; and the 11th Federal Circuit Court of Appeal. Mr. Goodman successfully participated in numerous multi-million dollar trials on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Avery Fenton has been doing Plaintiff's personal injury litigation for several years for the biggest law firms in Florida representing thousands of injured clients as he rejoins the Anidjar & Levine team in 2024. In 2023 alone, Mr. Fenton obtained over $9,000,000 in settlements for very deserving clients through aggressive and strategic legal advocacy. After passing the Florida Bar in 2015, Mr. Fenton immediately went to work advocating for indigent clients at the West Palm Beach Public Defender's office where he obtained numerous favorable verdicts in jury trials. Christopher Cabrera is a litigation associate in the First Party Litigation department at the Law Offices of Anidjar and Levine.
Mr. Cabrera graduated in 2013 from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. After Mr. Cabrera graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University, he attended law school at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2018. During his studies at the Shepard Broad College of Law, Mr. Cabrera was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society where he had the opportunity to participate in Intramural Moot Court competitions. Mr. Cabrera also participated in mock trials during his Trial Advocacy courses and was on the Dean's List for four semesters.
During his studies at Nova Southeastern University, Mr. Cabrera was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Andrew Siegel in the Broward County Circuit Criminal Division. Dean Levy is an associate attorney in the pre-litigation department at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine.
Dean graduated from University of Central Florida in 2014, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He received his J.D. in 2018 from University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Dean was a member of the UM Law Cardozo Jewish Legal Society, volunteered as a Student Mentor for the Battier Take Charge Foundation, and was a Street Law Fellow, teaching high school students about the law.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine, Dean was a law clerk at the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida for the Honorable Jeffrey R. Levinson. Presently, Dean focuses his practice in First and Third Party insurance claims, helping victims of auto accidents, slip and falls, and other personal injury circumstances to obtain the compensation they deserve.

Enrique Aguerrevere is a Litigation Associate in the First Part Litigation department at the Law offices of Anidjar and Levine.
Mr. Aguerrevere graduated in 2017 from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. After, Mr. Aguerrevere attended law school at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard broad College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate and graduated Cum Laude in 2021. During his studies at the College of Law, Mr. Aguerrevere was a Bilingual Editor in the ILSA Journal of international and Comparative Law.

George R. Re ynolds, is an attorney in the pre-litigation department at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Reynolds has more than a decade of experience as an attorney working on personal injury cases, and he has served as lead attorney in more than a thousand civil cases filed in Circuit and County Courts throughout the State of Florida. Since 2020, Mr. Reynolds has been recognized every year as a Super Lawyers, Rising Star within the personal injury law specialization. At the firm, he represents individuals who have been harmed by the negligence of others. Mr. Reynolds received his J.D. from University of Miami School of Law and was a recipient of the Dean's Merit Scholarship for each year he attended. John Dougherty is an associate attorney in the Personal Injury Protection department at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine.
Mr. Dougherty graduated from Indiana University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs. Prior to attending Indiana University, Mr. Dougherty attended Olivet Nazarene University where he was a member of the varsity baseball team that made back-to-back appearances in the NAIA World Series. After graduation, Mr. Dougherty moved to South Florida to attend St. Thomas University School of Law. While in law school Mr. Dougherty was introduced to Personal Injury Protection litigation through his clerkship at a Plaintiff's law firm in Coral Gables, FL. After graduation, Mr. Dougherty joined the same Plaintiff's firm as an associate attorney in the Personal Injury Protection department representing medical providers against insurance companies for unpaid or underpaid PIP benefits.
Mr. Dougherty joins Anidjar & Levine after spending over nine years defending insurance companies in Personal Injury Protection litigation. This vast experience on the defense side gives Mr. Dougherty a unique perspective when advocating for his clients now as a Plaintiff's attorney.

Mr. Fiallo, a Tampa native, serves as the litigation attorney for the Tampa office of Anidjar & Levine. His practice consists of advocating on behalf of clients who sustained personal injuries resulting from the negligence of others.
Mr. Fiallo received his Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. During his time at Ave Maria, Mr. Fiallo served as the President of the Student Bar Association, President of the Moot Court Board, and Vice President of the Sports Law Society. In addition, he also served as a member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, Law School Division. Mr. Fiallo has an abundance of experience advocating on behalf of injured clients, litigating complex cases throughout the state courts of Florida, the Federal Courts (Middle and Southern District Courts), as well as the state courts of Illinois. He also spent time defending fortune 500 companies, obtaining extensive first-hand knowledge into the claims handling process, including the tactics used by insurance companies to delay and/or deny claims.

Juan Carlos Arias focuses his practice in the areas of Florida Lawyer Regulation, Lawyer Ethics Consulting, State Professional Licensing, Law Student Representation before the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, and Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL). Juan Carlos was born in Puerto Rico and is the son of Cuban immigrants. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1996. Juan Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Dickinson College and a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law.
Juan Carlos became a commissioned officer in the United States Army in 1993 and upon graduating from law school served in the Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAGC). He completed the Judge Advocate Officer Basic Course and the Judge Advocate Criminal Law Advocacy Course in 1996. During his military service, Juan Carlos attained the rank of Captain and served as a Legal Assistance attorney, Administrative Law attorney, and Trial Counsel (military prosecutor). In addition to his military prosecutorial duties, he also served as the Special Assistant United States Attorney responsible for the prosecution of civilians accused of committing crimes within the military installation. In 2002, Juan Carlos joined the State Attorney's Office for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in Broward County and prosecuted cases in the Misdemeanor Trial Unit, Domestic Violence Unit, the Felony Trial Unit, and the Economic Crimes Unit. He was recognized Trial Convictor of Habitual Offenders in February and May 2004.
Juan Carlos became a bar counsel for The Florida Bar in December 2005. As bar counsel, he was one of six attorneys responsible for the investigation and prosecution of attorneys who violated the Rules of Professional Conduct in the counties of Broward and Palm Beach. He has handled over 95 disciplinary cases filed at the Florida Supreme Court level and has successfully argued before the Supreme Court of Florida.

Lawrence A. Levine received his Bachelor's Degree from New York University in 1965 and he received his J.D. Degree from Fordham University Law School in 1968. Mr. Levine was the Comments Editor of the Law Review at Fordham University Law School. Mr. Levine was admitted to practice law in the State of New York (1968), Florida (1975), Federal District Court (Southern District of Florida, Southern District of New York, and Eastern Division of New York), and United States Tax Court. Mr. Levine is a member of the Trial Bar of the Federal District Court of the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of Florida Bar Association. Mr. Levine is a Level I agent with Attorneys' Title Fund Services, LLC and is also a Florida state certified general contractor and a Florida licensed real estate broker. Mr. Levine has represented hundreds of families with bankruptcy filings, foreclosures and other consumer issues. His focus is now on helping consumers with personal injury claims of all nature.

Mr. Stern is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented Clients through verdict in State and Federal Courts. This includes litigating catastrophic claims involved premises liability, negligent security, automobile and trucking accidents. Mr. Stern has also litigated claims involving Florida liquor liability laws, medical malpractice and wrongful death. Mr. Stern began his law practice in 1994 after graduating from Widener University Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In addition to his other law school achievements, Mr. Stern was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and received its Distinguished Service Award. He took first place in the Widener Moot Court Competition and was Outstanding Oral Advocate in The National Moot Court Competition. He was selected by his law professors for admission to the Order of Barristers.
Mr. Stern holds the AV® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating for ethics and legal ability. Mr. Stern has passed the bar exam in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Florida. Prior to law school, Mr. Stern served as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force for six years. During this service he received the Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal and the Air Force Good Conduct Medal. He also received the Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon and the Air Force Overseas Long Tour Service Ribbon. Mr. Stern served as Chair of the Florida Bar Military & Veterans Affairs Committee from July of 2015 through July of 2017. This standing committee has jurisdiction within Florida for the provision of legal services to all members of the military establishment and thier families. Since 2004, Mr. Stern has been an active volunteer at Gilda's Club South Florida which provides assistance to individuals, family members, and friends touched by cancer. Michael Walrath has lived and practiced in Miami since 2004, after earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He has dedicated his entire legal career to negotiating and litigating the reasonableness of medical bills. Prior to private practice, Mr. Walrath served as Florida counsel to the Fairness Foundation, an Indiana non-profit organization assisting uninsured patients nationwide in resolving unreasonable hospital bills. He then served as In-House Counsel to Olympus Managed Healthcare, Inc., the largest U.S. Cost Containment company serving the international health insurance market, before founding Medical Bill Clinic, P.A. (now Walrath Law, P.A.).
As such, Mr. Walrath has litigated hundreds if not thousands of hospital and other medical accounts against dozens of hospitals, hospital systems and other medical providers in Florida; the only plaintiffs' attorney in the state, and one of only a few in the country, with a career dedicated exclusively to negotiating and litigating these specialized medical billing issues.

Nicholas P. Basco, Esq. is a trial lawyer with the Property Litigation Division at the Law Office of Anidjar & Levine, P.A. Mr. Basco and his staff pursue claims on behalf of homeowners against their insurance companies when they improperly deny of claims, underpay claims and commit bad faith. As a seasoned trial attorney, Mr. Basco is ready to help you through every aspect of your insurance claim, from initial claim reporting to trial and verdict.
Nick started his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County. During his seven-year of service, Nick tried over sixty jury trials to verdict as well as hundreds of bench trials and was a member of the Homicide and Traffic Homicide Investigation Units. After leaving the State Attorney's Office, Nick served for two years as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami where he continued trial work defending the City and its employees in State and Federal Court. After leaving the government sector, Nick represented insurance companies in various lawsuits, including defending lawsuits against homeowners claims. After two years representing over fifteen different insurance companies, Nick joined Anidjar & Levine to help protect homeowners and insure their rights are fairly represented in court.

Olivia Mary Mancini is a litigation associate attorney in the Worker's Compensation department at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine.
Ms. Mancini graduated from Temple University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. While at Temple, Ms. Mancini was a member of the Owl Team and volunteered at the local recreation center coaching cheerleading. After graduation, Ms. Mancini moved to south Florida to attend Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2018. While in law school, Ms. Mancini was named to the Dean's List and received the Book Award for having the top grade in her Trial Advocacy course. Ms. Mancini was also actively involved in extracurricular activities at Nova. She was the Vice President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, External Operations Coordinator of the NSU Trial Association, and a member of the Moot Court Society. Prior to joining Anidjar & Levine, Mr. Ridge was an associate attorney with McAlpin Conroy where he focused his practice on a broad spectrum of maritime litigation matters. Mr. Ridge's experience included representation of vessel owners, cruise lines, concessionaires, cargo interests, marine insurance underwriters, protection & indemnity associations, and marine leaders. While at McAlpin Conroy, Mr. Ridge managed all aspects of litigation involving the defense of high-exposure maritime passenger and crewmember claims alleging personal injury, over-service, wrongful death, failure to provide maintenance and cure, and traumatic brain injury.
Mr. Ridge began his career at Lipcon, Margulies, Alsina & Winkleman as a maritime attorney, where he handled passenger personal injury claims, crew-member personal injury claims, crew-member contract claims, wrongful death claims, as well as non-maritime personal injury claims.
Mr. Ridge attended St. Thomas University Law School located in Miami Gardens, Florida. While at St. Thomas, Mr. Ridge was an active member of the Moot Court Competition Team, St. Thomas Chapter of the Federal Bar, as well as the Peter T. Fay American Inn of Court. Mr. Ridge enjoyed success at St. Thomas earning Dean's List honors and a Pro Bono Commendation. While earning his Juris Doctor degree, Mr. Ridge was an intern at the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney as well as a judicial intern for the Honorable John J. O'Sullivan, U.S. Magistrate for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Ridge is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is also a member of the Florida Bar.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Ridge attended Sacred Heart University located in Fairfield, Connecticut, where he attained degrees in Business Administration and Business Economics, earning Cum Laude honors. While at Sacred Heart University, Mr. Ridge was a four- year member and senior captain of the NCAA Division I Lacrosse Team.

Philip J. Feldman, Esq. is the managing partner of the Workers' Compensation litigation division at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine, P.A.
Mr. Feldman received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami. During law school, Mr. Feldman worked for one of the largest workers' compensation firms in South Florida.
Mr. Feldman is a member of the Florida and Tennessee Bar. He is also a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, the Florida Justice Association, the Florida Workers' Advocates and the national Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group. Mr. Feldman is a member of the Million Dollar & Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having obtained results of more than a million dollars in many cases.
Philip has drawn from his personal experiences of active participation in offshore powerboat racing and piloting helicopters necessitating a keen understanding of equipment and vehicle dynamics to bring a unique perspective to his representation in workers' compensation cases.
Mr. Feldman and his staff pursue workers' compensation benefits on behalf of injured workers. Over the course of his career, Mr. Feldman has successfully represented injured workers in workers' compensation matters from inception through all phases of litigation. Mr. Feldman has pursued matters against all the major workers' compensation insurance companies licensed in the State of Florida to recover unpaid indemnity/wage loss and medical benefits wrongfully denied or untimely paid. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Feldman is actively involved in several non-profit and charitable organizations. He is a long-standing trustee of the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, whose purpose is to make the dream of college a reality for eligible students who are dependents or descendants of an individuals who has been injured or killed in the course and scope of employment. Within this organization, Philip has funded and established the "Feldman Scholarship" which annually assists these deserving students to attend college. Also, he a founding Director and Lifetime Benefactor of the Boca Raton Little League.

Sean O'Connor is an associate attorney in the litigation department at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Mr. O'Connor was raised in Jensen Beach, FL.
Mr. O'Connor received his J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando, FL, and was an active member of the Trial Team, Negotiations Team, and the Caribbean Law Society. While earning his degree, Mr. O'Connor held intern and law clerk positions in various law firms and governmental agencies, including U.S. Senator Marco Rubio's Office, and the U.S. Coast Guard.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. O'Connor earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Transportation and Trade from SUNY Maritime College in NY, NY - where he played wide receiver on the Privateer football team and graduated with NCAA academic awards. Mr. O'Connor is a member of the Florida Bar admitted to practice in U.S. District Court - Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court - Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court.

Shire Patel, Esq. is an attorney in the pre-litigation department at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine. Shire has a plethora of experience interacting with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters and fraud investigators. Shire takes his time to focus on all the ins and outs of each client's case, including the investigation process, demand process and final negotiation and settlement. Shire works with clients to prepare and represent them during any and all insurance statements and examinations under oath. Shire takes pride in ensuring that every single client receives the justice they deserve.
Prior to joining Anidjar & Levine, Shire began his legal career at another personal injury law firm working in their personal injury protection division. Shire joined Anidjar & Levine in 2013 as a law clerk and has been with the firm since. Shire is a 2014 graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law where he served as vice president of The Tort Law Society and was an active member of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, Public Interest Law Society and Asian-American Law Students Association. Each year the student body at Nova designates one individual 3L as the class chosen graduation speaker. In 2014, Shire had the honor of being chosen by his classmates to deliver the commencement speech. In his speech, Shire focused his message on the future and the importance of each member of his graduating class never losing focus on the true purpose of the law; to help others. Shire works every day to further this message.

Biography
Sophia Huda is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine, P.A. located in Fort Lauderdale. She earned her MBA in Management from Nova Southeastern University, Wayne Huizenga College of Business and her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. While attending law school, she participated in the Anti-Defamation League's Summer Associate Research Program in which she prepared a memorandum on a cutting-edge civil rights issue that was published by the ADL. Prior to joining the firm, Sophia practiced commercial litigation and personal injury litigation defense work.
