With more than 20 years of experience in finance within global and mid-market companies, David oversees all financial, IT and human resources activities for MultiTech. He is responsible to ensure accurate financial management and reporting, and manage day-to-day banking, treasury, and operating cash flow, as well as coordinate all legal and insurance matters. Prior to joining MultiTech, he has served as CFO for multiple organizations including SmartWave Technologies, Prinova Group, Mama Tish's Italian Specialties and Bio-Dyne Corp. and as COO for Summit Industries. He began his career in finance as an auditor at Price Waterhouse after achieving his masters in accountancy from Miami University.
A farmer by lineage, an engineer by education, and a MultiTech veteran of more than 30 years, Duane brings a pragmatic approach to growth and improving business performance. His experience spans across engineering, operations, sales, business development, and marketing. As Chief Product Officer, Duane is responsible for the company's products and services in addition to serving as Managing Director for international markets.

Stefan Lindvall brings more than 20 years of high-level experience in the wireless industry to MultiTech. Prior to joining MultiTech, Lindvall founded Connected Development, one of the leading wireless design services companies in the U.S. Prior to Connected Development, Stefan served as President of the Americas at Wavecom and before that held various leadership positions at Sony-Ericsson and Ericsson including, Vice President m2m Sales, Americas.
As Chief Operating Officer, Steve leads global supply chain with responsibility for procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, safety, and sustainability. Over more than 30 years in engineering and manufacturing management, Steve has accumulated a detailed understanding of product development and manufacturing operations. Prior to his work in the electronics industry, Steve worked on product design and project management in the automotive sector. He has also held responsibility for manufacturing operations for a tier-one supplier to automotive OEMs.
