Jim is a partner in the Cincinnati office with more than 15 years of workers' compensation experience. Jim is frequently involved in workers' compensation litigation and in the defense of intentional tort cases. Jim represents management in the areas of workers' compensation, intentional torts, and safety violations cases. His practice includes representation before the Industrial Commission, the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, Courts of Common Pleas, Courts of Appeal and the Ohio Supreme Court. Jim is a member of the Dayton Bar Association, the Southwest Ohio Self-Insured Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.

Bob is a partner in the Cincinnati office. Bob's more than 20-year career encompasses experience in every facet of workers' compensation including intentional torts, safety violations and retaliatory discharge cases. His practice includes representation before the Industrial Commission, the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, Courts of Common Pleas, and the Ohio Supreme Court. Bob has extensive experience in workers' compensation reform, particularly in the area of workers' compensation and the professional athlete. He has been lead counsel in a number of precedent setting decisions on workers' compensation issues in both the Appellate Courts of Ohio and the Ohio Supreme Court. Bob is also frequently retained to represent employers in premium and self-insurance disputes with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. A popular speaker for a variety of trade associations and businesses, Bob has also contributed articles for the Workers' Compensation Journal of Ohio. Bob is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the National Football League's Workers' Compensation Advisory Panel. Bob earned his Bachelor's degree from the Northwestern University School of Speech and is a 1982 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law.

Edna is a partner in the Cincinnati office. Edna's nearly 25-year career includes recognition as an expert in the field of workers' compensation law, and she has distinguished herself as a strategist with an exceptional understanding of medical issues. She represents management in the areas of workers' compensation, intentional torts, safety violations, and employment discrimination cases. Edna's practice includes representation before the Industrial Commission, the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, Courts of Common Pleas, Courts of Appeal, and the Ohio Supreme Court. Edna has been retained as an expert witness on Ohio Workers' Compensation Law and is a frequent speaker on workers' compensation, intentional torts, and related issues. One of Edna's special interests is occupational disease litigation, including cases involving asbestos radiation, and chemical exposures. Edna is a member of the Ohio Self-Insured Association, the Southwest Ohio Self-Insured Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Wright State University and is a 1980 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Dayton School Of Law.
