Bonnie Francisco has almost two decades of construction project management and estimating experience with major construction companies in the Southern California area prior to joining S.L. Leonard & Associates. Her time as a senior estimator benefitted from her attention to details and resulted in relationships built on trust and respect with clients and the subcontractor community. Her experience includes civic projects, multi-family housing and self-performed concrete construction management.

From museums and destination hotels to medical facilities and corporate headquarters, G. Bradley "Brad" Karr's 30 year career includes extensive experience in engineering studies and evaluations, mechanical and electrical engineering design, project administration and management, and construction management. SLL has a strategic alliance partnership with Brad.
Christie started her professional career as a structural engineer at KPFF consulting engineers in Los Angeles, then transitioned to representing owners and developers on public and private projects. With more than 15 years of design and construction experience, Christie brings a wealth of knowledge to S.L. Leonard's clients' projects.

John brings over 30 years of building experience to SLL's clients' projects. He is a licensed general contractor and has participated and overseen entitlement, design, construction and occupancy of thousands of units of housing over his career. Additionally, he has extensive commercial construction experience and has managed several office construction projects.

Joe Santiesteban brings over thirty years of experience in all aspects of development, design, and construction from the perspective of the Owner/Developer, Architect, and Contractor. His extensive experience on both sides of the table allow him to understand opposing points of view and solve problems with a collaborative approach. Joe's hands-on knowledge and confidence has resulted in most of his projects finishing under budget and ahead of schedule.
Joe is an immigrant from Cuba and although he is not fluent in Spanish he does speak Spanglish.

Maria Washburn began her construction and development management career in New York City fifteen years ago on the $200+ million Rehabilitation of the 63rd St Station on the Second Avenue Subway Line. After working in NYC until 2015, she moved to Los Angeles, where Skanska USA Civil employed her and then Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Co. Her experience includes a $100+ million design/build of the Santa Monica Modernization project.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with emphasis on construction management and structures from the University of Southern California
Sean and Mike are just terrific, and they offer a balanced perspective. We were having some bumpy spots with Olive Court and had gone through several construction project managers. I was beginning to think maybe we shouldn't even hire one! But after seeing the work Sean and his team did on Fuller Lofts, we decided to bring him on board for this project, even though it was late in the game. Mike has been great as an interface between me and the contractor, allowing me to not be in the firing line.

Miriam Tasker brings over 30 years of design and construction experience to S.L. Leonard & Associates. Miriam has accumulated vast experience in project management, design, production of working drawings, coordination of consultants, and supervision of building construction for diverse building project types. These include hotels, offices, schools, shopping centers, churches, and single and multi-family low and high rise residential architecture.
