Dr. Harry J. Maue, Stuart Maue's Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, has over 30 years of experience in the field of claims and litigation management both nationally and internationally. He has been credited with creating the legal auditing industry and the profession of legal auditor. Dr. Maue began Stuart Maue in 1985, which according to The Wall Street Journal is the oldest legal auditing company. Dr. Maue has authored over 20 articles on legal fee auditing and legal fee cost control. He has been a featured speaker at over 25 seminars and conventions and has appeared on two national network television shows. Dr. Maue served as an adjunct professor for four years, teaching various courses in business and entrepreneurship. He was also the former president of the Risk and Insurance Management Society, St. Louis Chapter. Dr. Maue has received the following academic degrees: B.A., Upper Iowa University; B.S., University of Alabama; M.B.A., Southern Illinois University; J.D., University of San Gabriel College of Law; LL.M., University of Leicester, Faculty of Law; and Ph.D., Saint Louis University. Dr. Robin J. Hooper, FCIS, FRSA, has been appointed as the Director of International Operations for Stuart Maue. He will manage the Shrewsbury office in England. Dr. Hooper has been affiliated with Stuart Maue for over 15 years. He has worked with a number of nationally known companies including BT, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Lloyds across the U.K. on major development and other projects. Employed mainly as Chief Executives of Councils across the UK, he has been involved with implementing business transformation projects, corporate and individual recovery situations, and has advised national and local clients on many legal projects when he served as a director of a top fifty national law firm. He is a Solicitor, a Fellow of the Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, holds a Master's Degree in European and Employment Law, and a Doctorate in Business Administration.

James P. Quinn, Stuart Maue's President and Chief Operating Officer, has been with Stuart Maue for over 30 years and has been President since 2009. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Quinn spent over fifteen years in loss control, risk management, and in the Fire Prevention Bureau/Fire Service in St. Louis County, MO. As President, Mr. Quinn is responsible for the daily operations of Stuart Maue. His leadership and industry knowledge have contributed to the overall growth of the organization, the implementation of technology solutions, and the development of new business opportunities and client relations. Mr. Quinn has received the following academic degrees: A.A.S., Saint Louis Community College; B.S., Maryville University; B.S., Central Missouri State University; and M.S., Central Missouri State University.

John Trunko, Legal Audit Director, has been with the company for over 22 years. Mr. Trunko has reviewed in excess of $1 billion in legal fees and costs for numerous clients throughout the United States and Europe, including Fortune 500 corporations, major insurance carriers, governmental agencies, and courts. He has served as a consulting expert and has testified as an expert witness on attorneys' fees in litigated fee disputes including complex litigation and class actions, and has assisted clients with the development and implementation of billing guidelines and legal cost management programs. Before coming to Stuart Maue, he practiced law for 12 years as a litigator in St. Louis, Missouri, and Orange County, California. His litigation background includes significant trial experience and complex case involvement. Mr. Trunko is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., and is a licensed attorney in the states of Missouri and California.

Jona Cannon, Stuart Maue's Customer Service/Training Manager, joined the company in 2007. During her tenure at Stuart Maue, Jona has provided excellent service to both internal and external customers. Because of her dedication and ability to efficiently transition roles, her responsibilities have consistently increased. In addition to her many contributions and accomplishments, Ms. Cannon was a significant contributor to the Director of System's web development project. Prior to joining Stuart Maue, Ms. Cannon utilized her service talents in the insurance industry. She also studied Early Childhood Education while serving on staff at a prestigious St. Louis private school.

Julie Mast, Stuart Maue's Audit Program Manager, has been with the company for over 15 years. Ms. Mast and her staff have reviewed billions of dollars in legal fees and costs for clients all over the globe, benefitting Fortune 500 corporations, major insurance carriers, and a variety of courts. As Program Manager, she guides clients through the development and implementation of billing guidelines and legal cost management programs and continues to manage the services provided to them by Stuart Maue. Ms. Mast is a graduate of Drake University School of Law and is a licensed attorney in the states of Missouri and Illinois. Before joining Stuart Maue, Ms. Mast defended corporations in complex multidistrict class action litigation.

Kathryn Hough, Stuart Maue's Audit Program Manager, started her career with the company in 2010. She specializes in assisting insurance companies and corporations to establish and maintain compliance with their legal billing guidelines and to control legal costs. As both an attorney and a legal fee auditor, she understands the importance of creating robust billing guidelines and accurately enforcing them in a clear, defensible manner. Ms. Hough regularly consults with clients to draft and refine billing guidelines to ensure they meet industry standards. She is experienced in managing programs involving a variety of legal issues, including commercial, construction, pharmaceutical, intellectual property, and healthcare. Prior to joining Stuart Maue, Ms. Hough practiced litigation in the St. Louis area and is a graduate of Washington University School of Law.

Michael Brychel, Legal Audit Director, leads teams of auditors in the analysis of attorneys' fees and expenses. He is a consultant and auditor concentrating on large litigation and comprehensive multi-matter legal fee reviews, providing analysis and findings through reports, declarations, exhibits, and testimony. For the last 21 years, Mr. Brychel has evaluated attorneys' fees and costs in a wide range of complex matters, including civil rights, complex commercial, corporate liability, directors' and officers' liability, financial industry, environmental, nationwide toxic tort, class actions, various multidistrict litigations, intellectual property disputes, and numerous other areas of the law. He has been the audit team leader on thousands of audits for compliance with standards of professional responsibility and/or client billing guidelines, and has been a consultant on bill review programs and preparation of billing guidelines and standards for insurance carriers, corporations, and law firms. Mr. Brychel also commonly conducts legal fee analysis requiring segregation of fees and costs covered under policies of insurance from those not covered, between successful and unsuccessful claims, or other allocation issues. His audit experience includes on-site review of a law firm's case files and interviews of firm attorneys. He has testified in numerous depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, the largest involving over $410 million in disputed fees and expenses. A graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law and licensed attorney since 1990, Mr. Brychel is also a former criminal prosecutor and Certified Fraud Examiner.

Patricia has been with the company since 2006 and has gained increasing managerial responsibility in the areas of data entry and integrity, research and development of document scanning technology, and word processing. Currently, she handles all accounts receivables and serves as the backup for the CFO in his absence. Her additional responsibilities include all human resource management and employee benefits. Craig Prosser, Stuart Maue's Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, has personally worked on 100 "legal audits" of law firms with aggregate fees and expenses of over $550 million. He has been with the company for over 30 years. Mr. Prosser was an Assistant State Auditor with the State of Georgia, responsible for auditing operating procedures and financial records of the state universities. He was previously responsible for the supervision of the forensic accounting portion of legal audits totaling more than $1 billion in fees and expenses. Mr. Prosser has received the following academic degrees: B.S., University of Tennessee and M.B.A., University of Georgia. Along with this academic background, Mr. Prosser passed the CPA exam in March 1989.
