Andreas Herzog began his film career as a film editor in advertising and for directors such as Miguel Alexandre, Gabriel Barylli, Urs Egger and others. In 2007 he made his directing debut with the series DEADLINE. With his TV series such as DER METZGER, TRAKEHNERBLUT, GEGEN DIE ANGST with Nadja Uhl and the USEDOM-KRIMI with Katrin Saß his work has influenced and contributed to the look and style of German TV drama series as a whole. He has had further success with audiences and critics with films from the series TATORT and UNTER VERDACHT with Senta Berger - including the final episode "Eva's Last Gang". The Süddeutsche Zeitung wrote: "What the authors have created for the finale with director Andreas Herzog shines like a diamond in the German thriller-mix.

Anja Joos

(managing director) studied art history and romance philology and received her masters degree in European audiovisual management (Media Business School, Ronda/Spain). After working in different fields within the film industry, she founded Anja Joos Management in 2009.

Anna Schumacher

Anna Schumacher was born in Bucharest in 1980 and moved to Munich at an early age. After studying acting at the Hochschule für Musik and Theater in Rostock, she joined the ensemble at Mecklenburgisches Staatstheater Schwerin and Kammerspiele Landshut. At the same time she started working in both cinema and TV. She had her breakthrough as German-Romanian detective in the series HACKERVILLE.

Christopher Schier

Christopher Schier started working as a freelance director for national and international commercials and campaigns. In autumn 2006, he was largely responsible for the development and conception of the mixed media campaign around the 45-minute film DADS DEAD for Media Markt, which topped the Austrian DVD charts and was nominated for the Promo Lion in Cannes in 2007. This was followed by productions for COPSTORIES and the cult show WIR SIND KAISER. Christopher received growing attention in German-speaking countries with the ZDFneo series DEAD END and the Viennese TATORT WIEN "DIE FAUST" as well as the Munich TATORT - "LASS DEN MOND AM HIMMEL STEHN". With the series THE IBIZA AFFAIR he brought Sky critical and audience success.

Devrim Lingnau

Devrim Lingnau was born in Mannheim in 1998 and grew up bilingual (German/Turkish). She has been dancing classical ballet since she was five years old and has a wide range of other sports interests. She attended the Academy of Dance at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Mannheim. She gained her first shooting experience at the age of 15. This was followed by a leading role in the TV series FLUCH DES FALKEN. After graduating from high school in 2017, she was cast as the leading role in the British film adaptation of the novel CARMILLA. Since then she has been part of many cinema and television productions, such as the international series IMMORTALITY and the feature film AUERHAUS directed by Neele Leana Vollmar. Devrim Lingnau lives in Mannheim.

Esther Rauch was born and raised in Salzburg / Austria. She studied at the Filmacademy of Vienna with Peter Patzak as her teacher. In 2009 she began working in the professional film business next to her studies. Starting as a production assistant she continued working as a 2nd AD and soon after as a 1st AD for several years for directors such as David Schalko, Sabine Derflinger, Andreas Prochaska a.o. After several short films as part of her studies, Esther Rauch made her first steps in the professional film business with comedy series for the austrian broadcaster ORF both as director and writer.

Florian Hoffmann

Florian Hoffmann was born 1987 in Berlin. After high school he worked in the development cooperation in West-Africa. Afterwards he completed his studies in social anthropology, sociology and political science at the University of Basel, Switzerland. He spent his year of research at La Réunion. 2011 he became a student of directing class at the German Film- and Television Academy Berlin (dffb). During his study he was student of the Claire-Denis-Masterclass as well as the Andres-Veiel-Masterclass. Since 2016 Florian teaches "documentary filmmaking" for the Goethe Institut, Abidjan and the Heinrich Böll Stiftung. In 2015 he was a jury member of the New Talent-Award at "Dokfest Munich" and in 2017 a member of the Berlinale Peace-Award jury.

Gregory Kirchhoff

Gregory Kirchhoff was born in Hamburg on 18 June 1992. After spending several years abroad studying in England and Spain, Gregory Kirchhoff returned to Germany where he wrote and directed his feature film debut Dusky Paradise (2016), which was nominated for numerous international awards, including the Discovery Award of the Raindance Film Festival. At the age of 23, he was commissioned to direct his second feature film, the German comedy Ostfriesisch für Anfänger, which was released nationwide by distributor Universum Film. His third film Baumbacher Syndrome, starring Tobias Moretti and Elit İşcan, opened the 53rd Hof Film Festival, won the Best Film Award at the Snowdance Festival and screened internationally at the prestigious film festivals in Shanghai and Istanbul. The film was released on Netflix and HBO in 2021. At the age of 29, he made his TV debut with an episode of the Dresden Tatort, which will be broadcast in 2022.

Mattias Frik

(managing director) got his first job in the film industry right after finishing school by applying with a super8 film which he directed at the age of 17. After gaining knowledge in several editing-, camera- and production departments he co-founded a production company in Munich. Neelesha Barthel

Neelesha Barthel is a German-Indian director and writer from Berlin. Her first cinematic steps culminated in the feature-length documentary "Bling Bling" (2001) about hip hop artists in Los Angeles. She then shot the family-separation documentary "Fifty Fifty" (2002) for "ZDF Kleines Fernsehspiel". In 2002, Neelesha began studying directing at the film academy HFF "Konrad Wolf" Potsdam. She directed her cinema debut, the Kreuzberg culture-clash comedy "Marry Me!" (2015), as writer and director. Since then she has worked for various TV films and series and continues to develop her own material. Most recently, she directed the Tatort "Verborgen" (Hidden), which screened at the Emden Film Festival in 2022 and have its broadcast date in spring 2023.
