Brittain is the President of Sonora Construction and a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Brittain has been involved in many various phases of land development in the Greater Houston Area. As an engineer he has been involved in the layout, land planning, and platting of subdivisions and commercial developments, design and construction of water, sanitary, storm sewer, detention and drainage facilities, storm water quality features, roadways, water and wastewater treatment plants, and the creation of municipal utility districts. As a contractor Brittain has overseen the construction of streets, utilities, detention and amenity pond excavation, grading, drainage improvements, and storm water quality features. Brittain applies knowledge from past experiences to current projects to provide his clients with a thorough understanding of the entire development process not just one particular aspect at a specific point of development.
Drew is the Project Manager for Sonora Construction and has an experienced background in Surveying, Construction, and Engineering design. He has an Associate of Applied Science in drafting and design from TSTC, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Manufacturing and Industrial Management from Tarleton State University. Before joining Sonora Construction, he held positions such as Survey Crew Chief, Engineering Technician, Civil Designer, Project Scheduler and more. Drew handles contracts from start to finish including permits, quantity verification, project quantity tracking, working file design, change orders and much more.

Gary is the Vice President of Estimating and Project Management. He has over 34 years of construction experience and has worked in the Greater Houston area for 30 years. Gary has been responsible for the design, bidding, construction, office administration, layout, testing, inspection, field supervision and safety on projects. He has worked on projects from a few thousand to 2.5 billion dollars is size. The types of projects Gary has worked on include Detention Ponds, Channel Excavation, Structural Fill, Land Clearing, HCFCD Maintenance, Water & Sewage Treatment Plants, Underground Utilities, Power Plants, Industrial Developments, High Rise Building, Sports Arenas, Shale Oil Processing Plants and Numerous Small Civil Projects. Gary is also very involved in local politics and area construction organizations. He has acted as chairman and president on MUD boards and HCA committees since the early 1990's. Gary's knowledge and problem solving abilities will provide clients with a thorough understanding of the entire development and construction process.
Rhonda is the Full Cycle Bookkeeper for Sonora Construction. Rhonda brings over 25 years of bookkeeping and administrative experience from working in various industries. She is responsible for managing the full cycle accounting activities along with maintaining the administration of the office. Rhonda also creates monthly project pay applications, monitors equipment usage and helps in the safety department.
