Arthur P. Freierman - President

Arthur P. Freierman, the President of Southbridge, relies on his extensive range of experience in corporate and asset finance, combining legal and financial expertise with a proven ability to structure and close transactions. He began his involvement in corporate finance in 1980 as an attorney at the prestigious New York firm of Debevoise & Plimpton. While there, he had responsibility for billions of dollars in financings, representing major lending institutions, equity investors in equipment and other assets, and significant corporate customers in every aspect of corporate finance.

Richard Freierman - VP

Richard Freierman, Vice President, began his work in computer technology at Computer Design and Applications, Inc. (later purchased by Analogic Corporation), a major supplier of medical imaging and process control systems. As Manager of Product Engineering he was responsible for system configuration, technical documentation, and coordination of engineering support of test sites at major university hospitals throughout the US. Richard has recently completed a consulting assignment as Program Manager for the groundbreaking Massachusetts Institute of Technology conference Image and Meaning: Envisioning and Communicating Science and Technology. He is co-author of Microcomputer Market Place (Random House Electronic Publishing, 1993), Corporate Realities and Environmental Truths (John Wiley & Sons, 1993), and Save the Earth at Work (Bob Adams Inc., 1991).
