Since the first Sopraffina opened in 1993, we have developed a team that has become a family….to us and to you... When COVID-19 forced us to shut down our restaurants on March 20, 2020, we were heartbroken to have to say goodbye to many of our Sopraffina family members. Thanks to YOU, our loyal customers, we were able to raise over $20,000 in donations on a GoFundMe page that was distributed equally to the entire staff, along with any perishable food that we had in the restaurants. For that we are forever grateful... Absolutely 100% of our meats are raised without antibiotics or growth hormones. By establishing this as a standard for our meat purchasing and proving every supplier's claim, we are taking a giant step away from the factory farming methods that are creating trillions of SUPERBUGS every day.
