SOM is a CNC-bar turning shop, founded in 1958 and operating in the manufacturing of industrial precision turned parts. Through continuous research and development and thanks to the use of innovative technologies we become a national and international reference for customers in the field of precision mechanics. Targeted production and organized processes allow us to pursue high-level performance while maintaining the Lombard artisan character that combines family tradition of work and industrial concepts... SOM was born in 1958 as a small family workshop with an artisanal character. In 1984 the ownership and management of the Company turned over to the second generation and the Company took on a new role, with innovative thinking extended to every process. SOM then developed into a new integrated and organized dimension.
