SolarTAC was founded in 2009 by original founding member companies Xcel Energy, SunEdison, and Abengoa Solar. Our founding members along with Grey Snow Green Energy, LLC, are inviting solar technology developers, manufacturers, integrators, service providers, and utility companies to join them at the Founding or Sponsoring membership level. All can benefit from the shared expertise provided by a SolarTAC membership... The Solar Technology Acceleration Center (SolarTAC) is an integrated, world-class test facility where the solar industry can research, test, validate, and demonstrate solar technologies. SolarTAC's mission is to provide a world-class test and demonstration facility where members can perform proprietary and collaborative research, development and demonstration activities that accelerate solar technology.
