Deana Brown

Deana joined the Sterling team in August 2019 after relocating to central Pennsylvania from the Philadelphia area. With over 25 years in the field of Customer Service, Deana brings with her extensive interpersonal, communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills. She has become an asset within our company, from owner and tenant relations to real estate and everything in between. When asked "What do you think is the key to professional success" Deana responded, "Positive attitude and being happy with all that you do. Everything starts with your attitude and how you handle each situation that arises. Success is not always monetary; money cannot buy happiness; you need to find happiness within." Deana is married with two beautiful children, and let's not forget her two Labrador Retrievers. In her free time she spends most of her time with her family, being their #1 fan supporting her children in their sports and all aspects of their lives. She also volunteers with her local school district in the booster clubs for the sports her children play. Her hobbies include taking her dogs to fields and on walks, or you can also find her in her garage creating wood signs. In 2022 Deana earned her Real Estate License through the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® and hit the ground running. She loves talking to new and existing clients and helping their real estate dreams come true. If she could give career advice to a younger person Deana said, "Follow your dreams. Do something that has meaning in your life and will bring you happiness. Remember you are never too old to learn new things."

Donna Brobst - COO

Donna Brobst joined the team at Sterling Property Management, Inc. in March 2007 working in the Real Estate Sales Division. In February 2009, she moved to the Property Management Division to oversee our Accounting Department. Being highly organized, efficient, and willing to do whatever is needed to get a particular task finished, Donna quickly rose through the ranks to become our Chief Operating Officer. Donna is always willing to offer her assistance and has an excellent rapport with our many owners, tenants and service providers. She is a tremendous asset to the team. Donna is a married mother of six adult children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and her eight grandchildren.

Douglas P. Pugh

Douglas P. Pugh has been an employee of Sterling Property Management, Inc. since 2020. He started his real estate career in 1997. His experience across multiple disciplines has provided him with opportunities to assist a diverse range of clients and develop a personable approach to provide the following services to clients; market analysis, comprehensive site selection, lease initiation and renewal negotiations, acquisition and disposition services. Doug is committed to nurturing client relationships and providing beneficial solutions to meet his clients' needs.

Jeffrey Dingle

Jeff has been working for Sterling Property Management since March of 2017. Jeff was born in Chambersburg and has been in the area all of his life. Jeff obtained his Bachelor's degree at Shippensburg University. During his time there he was involved with many community service organizations and he was able to obtain the Scholar in Service of Pennsylvania Award from the AmeriCorps Program. This award was achieved by performing over 300 hours of community service while being a full-time student at Shippensburg University, all in a single year! Jeff enjoys working at Sterling because he loves to work with people and enjoys helping them find a place that is a perfect fit for them. During his time at Sterling, he has found over 400 homes for people to rent or purchase.

Mike Adler

J. Michael Adler was a 1981 graduate of Big Spring High School in Newville, Pennsylvania. Intertwined with his real estate endeavors, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 1985 and an MBA from Mount St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, Maryland in 2000. In 1984, he read a book on how to buy real estate with no money down. Mike's entire career extended from reading that first book by Robert Allen called "No Money Down." He purchased his first property that year and has continued to purchase multiple properties every year since. In 1986, Mike obtained his real estate license in Pennsylvania and then in 1989 his brokers license in Pennsylvania. He originally sold real estate for Wolfe and Shearer Realtors and started his own company, Sterling Property Management, Inc., in 1989. He has owned a RE/MAX franchise, and had as many as 34 sales people in two offices, and has worked tirelessly for more than 37 years. Mike proudly held the title of "Winners Circle Top 5%" (of all sales people) with the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors for many years. Mike is a proud lifelong member of Salem Stone United Church of Christ, where he has been the President of the Y's Men's Club of Carlisle, Salem Stone United Church of Christ; a board member of Hoffman Homes for Youth in Hanover, Pennsylvania; and has held numerous other positions with nonprofit organizations. He resides on a family farm which has been kept in the family for more than 220 years and has a very special wife, Marlene, and two wonderful daughters, Sydney and Shaun. The Good Lord has blessed him with the ability to work well with others and to always treat everyone with dignity and respect. His parents and grandparents instilled the belief that we should love everyone and if we can't say something nice, not to say anything at all. He is a proud citizen of the United States of America and hopes that everyone appreciates all of the blessings we have in this extraordinary country in which we live.

Nicole R. Forde

Nicole R. Forde, Realtor®, ABR®, AHWD® & Maintenance Specialist, has been an employee of Sterling Property Management, Inc. since 2009. Her years of service with the company have given her the ability to maintain any position within the property management office. In addition, Nicole is a licensed Realtor ® specializing in the listing and buying of homes in Central, PA. She is part of the local, state and national Realtor ® associations. Nicole grew up in Fairless Hill, PA. She moved to this area in 2006 and graduated from Big Spring High School in 2008. It was then that she continued her education at Shippensburg University with a goal to get a degree in elementary education. While attending Shippensburg University, she was approached by the President of Sterling Property Management, Inc., J. Michael Adler, to join the team as a Shippensburg Student Leasing Specialist. It was then that she found what her true calling was, property management and real estate. Currently, Nicole resides in Newville, PA with her elementary school sweetheart and husband, Colvin and their two daughters, Ariyahnna & Laila. When she is not working, she is enjoying being a "crazy" girls wrestling/field hockey mom for both of her daughters. She enjoys traveling, especially taking bi-annual cruise trips with her Mom. Nicole's goal is to one day own her own property management company or take over Sterling Property Management, Inc. when Mr. Adler retires.
