Sebastian has more than 12 years of experience all across Central Eastern Europe. Is HOGAN certified and holds a bachelors degree from the Vienna and London School of Economics and a Master of Science from Hult International Business School in Dubai, Shanghai & San Francisco. He speaks German, English, and Romanian. Sebastian is Partner of the Austrian and Managing Partner of the Romanian office and since 2021 also part of the Global Board of Directors, responsible for Brand and Service Development as well as for the regional development in CEE.

Prior to joining Signium - Stein & Partner, Rike co-founded her own business "Culture@Heart" in Germany. Before setting up her latest venture, she spent more than 12 years in HR leadership positions in large global organizations, as well as heading up the People & Culture function in a global start-up. Rike is on a mission to build impactful and energizing company cultures. She has passion, expertise and a proven track record in developing others, New Work, and leadership development.

Raluca Diaconescu

Holding a BA in Psychology and a master's degree in Human Resources Psychology, Raluca has experience as Business Analyst in a multinational and multicultural environment and as Recruiter of senior roles within a financial and accounting BPO. She first joined Stein & Partner in 2017 as part of the Research Team, supporting the placement process for various middle and top management positions and re-joined in 2021. Today she is as Operations Manager, in charge of coordinating the research team and internal operations as well in analytics, supporting the regional Business Development. Raluca is fluent Romanian and English.

Sami Hamid

Prior to joining Signium, Sami has been CEO and Managing Partner of two of the largest European Executive Search companies, heading 30 offices throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He has hands-on experience in the Private Equity and Venture Capital business, and he has successfully managed more than 500 assignments for clients in Western Europe, CEE, the Middle East and Asia and has acquired a broad functional experience, ranging from Executive Board assignments to all other C-Level functions and Supervisory Board positions. At Signiumhe focuses on multi-country executive search and leadership advisory. Aside from his search work, Sami Hamid is President of Minopolis, a new kids edutainment concept with operations in Russia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, the GCC and Kazakhstan. Sami holds a PhD in Law from the University in Vienna and is based in Vienna.

Werner Stein is the Founder of Stein & Partner and Chairman of the Advisory Board CEE. He has nearly 30 years Experience in Executive Search, Executive Team & Individual Coaching, Organizational Development & Management Audits. Werner is also the Founder (2001) and Board Member of the German-Romanian Business Chamber, has 10 years experience in Banking & Training and over 15 years in non-profit organizations. To come to Romania in the turbulent period of the early 1990s were not the ideal circumstance for a foreigner. However, Werner was happy about the opportunity to build the "SOS Satele Copiilor Romania", two villages for orphans in Bucharest and in Cisnadie/Sibiu. After successfully completing and managing to take in 180 children, Werner Stein decided to stay in Romania, as he was thrilled by the market dynamics and founded Stein & Partner with the aim to promote the opportunities in Romania among investors and to support companies in their establishment of local organizations with the right people in order to advance the country's development faster. Werner Stein is advising the project team with all his experience and is supportive in facilitating the transformation project ahead.
