His projects have included play areas and play equipment, sports fields, exercise and running courses, horse trails, boat launching and docking facilities, wading pools and water play features, golf Courses and Off Road Bike Trails He helped develop the City Water Conservation Ordinance, the Parking Lot Shade ordinance and the Fence ordinance. He was involved in Subdivision Review and landscape review.
