Adam T. Morgado is a licensed mortgage advisor in the states of the Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Florida.
Adam's story is interesting as he has viewed the housing market through a different prism than most loan originators. Following Adam's studies in finance and economics at UMass Dartmouth, he pursued a career in Real Estate. For over a decade Adam helped his clients achieve their dreams of home ownership and became one of the area's top real estate agents. He also served on the Board of Directors for the New Bedford Association of Realtors®.
Being a Realtor®, Adam was frustrated by the decline in mortgage professionals currently available in the market place. The current lending environment had produced untested and unlicensed originators; many of whom worked under the big banks umbrella and did not have to meet certain standards. The absence of mortgage professionals in his opinion were aiding in the housing decline. Adam thought it was time for a change and decided to advance his knowledge by changing careers and entering into the Mortgage Finance business. He decided to work with a company that has the best reputation in the South Coast and finally joined the Stonegate Mortgage team. Adam's knowledge and expertise in dealing with real estate agents prove to be an invaluable attribute to his clients and to Stonegate Mortgage. Adam is also a Team Lead for Stonegate Mortgage and is responsible for leading and overseeing a team of advisors.
Adam currently resides in Westport Massachusetts. He enjoys spending as much time with his family as possible and is also an avid golfer.

Christopher L. Baker is the Operational Manager for Stonegate Mortgage. He was born and raised in Providence, RI and attended LaSalle Academy. His college studies include Business Management.
As the Operations Manager Christopher brings over 20 years of operational mortgage experience and is responsible for all legal, risk management, compliance reporting and internal audit strategy functions for both state and federal regulatory agencies. He is also responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of Stonegate Mortgage along with improving efficiencies throughout our entire organization with proper systems management. Christopher brings in-depth industry knowledge and keen business aptitude to the Stonegate executive team.
Christopher loves to spend time with his son Caleb, traveling and spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys golf and is an avid bowler traveling around the country.

Clifford J. Cehelsky is a licensed mortgage advisor in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He was born and raised in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. He attended the University of Rhode Island where he majored in Economics.
He was a President's Club member while employed at one of the nation's largest banks. Cliff left his wholesale position after much success to start his career with Stonegate Mortgage. He envisioned working for a mortgage company where he could have complete control of his files, access to more competitive rates and pass on the savings on to his existing and future client base. Cliff brought with his 17+ years of professional mortgage experience a strong dedication to customer service when he joined Stonegate Mortgage. In addition to monitoring the mortgage rate environment daily and servicing his personal mortgage clients, Cliff works to develop new business relationships with Realtors in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Corey graduated from Bridgewater State University with a bachelor's degree in finance. Debbie Goulart is a licensed mortgage advisor in the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston. Debbie joined the Stonegate Mortgage family after more than 30 years in the medical imaging field where caring for her patients was her passion.
She resides in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, where she was born and raised, with her husband Richie. Their son Ethan is currently at UC Berkeley in California working towards his PhD degree in chemistry. Debbie enjoys working out, going to the beach and traveling.

Donna L. McKenna is a licensed mortgage advisor in the state of Massachusetts. Her office is located in the historic village of Padanaram in South Dartmouth Massachusetts.
Donna McKenna was born and raised in Fairhaven, Massachusetts where she currently resides with her husband and two children. Donna attended Southeastern Academy and studied business management.
Her vast understanding of the mortgage market place adds tremendous value to the Stonegate Mortgage team. She has been originating loans since 1986 and has experienced many business cycles. This in depth knowledge of the market place allows her to make dead accurate recommendations to her clients regarding programs and when to lock rates. Donna is a well-respected mortgage consultant amongst her peers. Realtors from all over Massachusetts compete to send their clients to her. Donna is also a Team Lead for Stonegate Mortgage and is responsible for leading and overseeing a team of mortgage advisors.
Donna is currently a Board Member for the Fairhaven School Committee and has been volunteering her time in the Fairhaven School System since 1998. She also enjoys attending her children's sporting events and traveling whenever she gets the opportunity to do so with her family.

Born and raised in New Bedford, MA he spent the last 15 years as a General Manager of Expressions Footwear until the company was sold. As the General Manager he oversaw 35 stores, a Warehouse and a Buying Team. Mary Paim is a Production Assistant at Stonegate Mortgage. She has over 15 years of experience working with a variety of lenders on both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Mary is not only a certified Paralegal who studied at UMass Dartmouth majoring In Business Administration but was also the owner of a successful property management company for several years before selling it.
Mary lives in Dartmouth. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and watching her two sons play sports.

Milena M. Mello is a licensed mortgage advisor in the state of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Florida and New Hampshire. Her office is located in the historic village of Padanaram in South Dartmouth Massachusetts.
Milena attended Broward College in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and she studied Business Administration. She is a graduate of Leadership SouthCoast and of the New England School of Financial Studies which is sponsored by the Massachusetts Banker Association. In 2006 Milena moved from Fort Lauderdale, FL to New England and joined the banking industry. She started with Citizens Bank in South Dartmouth as the Assistant Manager. She then worked as a Loan Officer at BayCoast Mortgage Company and then as the Branch Manager of BayCoast Bank. Milena's industry experience not only includes working closely with trusted partners to help their mutual clients achieve their financial goals, but she also pairs a broad range of other leaderships skills. Aside from her day to day duties of guiding and assisting clients with banking products and services that best fit their needs, she was also tasked with assessing financial controls, compliance procedures, as well as developing and guiding staff members at both prior companies.
Throughout her years in the mortgage banking industry she has supported local leaders and has engaged nonprofits in an effort to strengthen our community. As an active volunteer Milena is a board member of the Dartmouth Friends of the Elderly, she also sits on the Dartmouth Council on Aging in South Dartmouth and finally is the Treasurer of Padanaram Business Association. She also is an advocate for animal rescue and is a proud volunteer with All For The Animals, Inc. Milena is also a promoter of local organizations like the Buzzards Bay Regatta at the New Bedford Yacht Club, Animal Advocates, Dartmouth Girls Athletic League, DeMello & Cushman PTO and the Lighthouse Animal Shelter.
A native of Sao Paulo - Brazil, she now resides in Dartmouth with her husband Chad, their daughter Eva, two rescue dogs and a cat. Milena and her family enjoy sailing their boat "Ubatuba" on Buzzards Bay. Milena enjoys spending time with her daughter horseback riding and caring for her horse Jax.

Peter is a licensed mortgage advisor in the state of Massachusetts. He is a lifelong resident of the SouthCoast and was born raised in New Bedford. Peter is a graduate of UMass Dartmouth and also holds a Master's degree in education. He worked for many years as a Lieutenant Detective until his retirement in 2006. Following his retirement he ended up as a supervisor for New Bedford Public Schools and helped hundreds students overcome obstacles and built positive relationships with their families.
Peter currently lives in Dartmouth with his wife Heather and two sons, Myles and Mason. Peter enjoys coaching youth and high school football for the past 16 years. While he's not working, he enjoys television, reading and spending time with his family.

Thomas has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and plays an essential role in the day-to-day sales and operations of Stonegate Mortgage. Thomas is responsible for Stonegate Mortgage's roadmap and consistently achieves new goals in this ever changing mortgage industry by implementing and following through with new strategies and concepts. He is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing the processes and programs for the attraction, development and retention of his people.
