In her first few years of practice, Julia Chan has been doing a combination of conveyancing (including HDB Purchase and Refinancing), general solicitors' work and general civil and criminal litigation. When she was practising in Messrs Wee Swee Teow & Co, she was tasked to set up the representative office of Messrs Wee Swee Teow & Co. in Hong Kong and was based in Hong Kong for 2 years. She was responsible for building up the Hong Kong practice Presently, her main area of work is largely on retail and corporate, conveyancing work and general solicitors' work. She has over 15 years of experience in conveyancing. She was involved in the en-bloc sales like Shanghai Court and Shanghai Residence, 30 units at Hup Cheong Mansions, a 11 units development at Shrewsbury Road, 6 semi-detached houses in Lorong L Telok Kurau and 26 semi-detached houses in Lorong M and N Telok Kurau. Carrie Ho was also previously from the law firm Messrs Wee Swee Teow & Co. For the first three years of practice, Carrie Ho specialized in litigation. In the fourth year of practice, she was doing mainly corporate and commercial transactions e.g. joint venture agreements, syndicated loan agreements, corporate secretarial work and various other commercial agreements. In 1991, she was sent to Sydney, Australia to work for one of the biggest law firms in Australia. She spent eight months in the Corporate Commercial Section and four months in the Banking Finance Section. She has gained experience of the Australian rules and regulations and is familiar with the Australian legal system. On her return to Singapore, besides corporate and commercial work, she has been doing general civil litigation work and specialising in family law.

Having graduated from University of Leeds in 1994, he was called to be a lawyer in Singapore in 1996. He joined Sterling Law Corporation in June 2013. As the founding partner of Sankar Ow & Partners, he led the firm to become one that is of good-repute and it belongs to most of the banks' panel of solicitors. Tan Siew Kim

Kim (Tan Siew Kim) has more than 20 years' experience as a family lawyer. During her long career in family law, Kim has represented clients of different backgrounds in divorces, and has experience helping them through difficult periods. She specializes in all aspects of contentious family matters and has a wide range of litigation experience, having conducted proceedings regularly in the State Courts (including the Family and Juvenile Courts), the High Court of Singapore and the Court of Appeal. Kim's practice stands out for providing the personal touch in assisting clients through this difficult period of time. She personally guides her clients through each stage of the divorce process. In addition to her practice, while at RHTLaw Taylor Wessing, Kim conducted private client seminars on family disputes for high-net-worth families. She has also advised local companies, major banks, MNCs and various statutory boards and liaised with counsel from other jurisdictions for both corporate and family matters. Kim is regularly featured in local magazines and the press, notably for her views and comments on family matters. She is now with Sterling Law Corporation and has a team specializing in contested custody matters, PPO and maintenance trials as well as contested asset divisions and/or negotiations for financial settlements.

She worked in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 1998 to 2007, as a Non-Admitted Legal Assistant and as an Office Manager for 2 legal firms in Kuala Lumpur. Ms Vivian Kuok has experience in conveyancing (private residential, commercial and HDB), general civil litigation, Wills, Probate, and Applications under Mental Capacity Act.
