The mission of Solutions Counseling & EAP is to support companies in achieving optimal productivity and profitability by assisting employees and their family members in dealing with their personal concerns. We are committed to providing cost effective services including confidential counseling, educational workshops, crisis intervention and wellness education... Solutions Counseling & EAP has been in operation since 1995. Originally created as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) only, Solutions expanded several years ago to also offer private counseling. In 2019, Solutions moved to its new office, centrally located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Solutions is owned and operated by Keri Forbess-McCorquodale MS, CEAP, LPC-S, LMFT, and offers confidential, professional, and affordable help with personal problems for individuals, couple and families.
