Jon L. Jensen, is a partner with the Law Offices of Saia & Piatt, Inc., with law offices located in Columbus, Delaware, Mt. Gilead, Cambridge and New Lexington, Ohio. Mr. Jensen has over 22 years of experience as an attorney. Mr. Jensen's practice is focused on litigation in the primary areas of Family Law, Probate Law, Estate Planning, Criminal Law and Personal Injury. Clay Lopez is an Associate Attorney with The Law Offices of Saia & Piatt, Inc. He focuses his practice in the areas of OVI, criminal and traffic offenses, juvenile and domestic relations. Attorney Lopez has substantial courtroom and trial experience in his 20 year career. Clay began his career as a Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney. As an Assistant Prosecutor, he honed his courtroom skills practicing in juvenile and felony courts. Since leaving the prosecutor's office in 2007, he has continued his legal career by representing individuals in a variety of legal matters throughout the State of Ohio. Known for his commitment to clients, Clay is willing to investigate and explore all avenues for the best possible outcome inside and outside of the courtroom. Clay is a graduate of West Virginia University and Capital University Law School. Additionally, he currently serves on the Pickerington Local Schools Board of Education.
