Jacob graduated from Capital University Law School in 2022 after earning a B.A. in History from Auburn University in 2018. During law school Jacob found a passion for working with clients in the area of domestic relations law. Clerking for a private firm, working as a Certified Legal Intern for the Family and Youth Law Center, and volunteering his time in Pro Bono legal clinics in and around Columbus, Ohio, Jacob has an unrivaled enthusiasm for assisting clients through the stressful legal system to achieve their best outcome. Jon L. Jensen, is a partner with the Law Offices of Saia & Piatt, Inc., with law offices located in Columbus, Delaware, Mt. Gilead, Cambridge and New Lexington, Ohio. Mr. Jensen has over 22 years of experience as an attorney.
Mr. Jensen's practice is focused on litigation in the primary areas of Family Law, Probate Law, Estate Planning, Criminal Law and Personal Injury. He has successfully litigated numerous jury trials in both State and Federal court. He has also successfully argued cases in front of a number of appellate courts throughout the state of Ohio. Clay Lopez is an Associate Attorney with The Law Offices of Saia & Piatt, Inc. He focuses his practice in the areas of OVI, criminal and traffic offenses, juvenile and domestic relations.
Attorney Lopez has substantial courtroom and trial experience in his 20 year career. Clay began his career as a Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney. As an Assistant Prosecutor, he honed his courtroom skills practicing in juvenile and felony courts. Since leaving the prosecutor's office in 2007, he has continued his legal career by representing individuals in a variety of legal matters throughout the State of Ohio. Known for his commitment to clients, Clay is willing to investigate and explore all avenues for the best possible outcome inside and outside of the courtroom.
Clay is a graduate of West Virginia University and Capital University Law School. Additionally, he currently serves on the Pickerington Local Schools Board of Education.
Since leaving the Prosecutor's Office in 2007, Clay has been in private practice. He has focused his practice in the areas of criminal defense and juvenile law. Clay works in all areas of criminal defense including, mayor's courts, county courts, and municipal courts - misdemeanor and OVI/OMVI and all felony cases arising in common pleas courts. In private practice, Clay travels the State of Ohio working for clients that are in need of a strong defense and protecting people who have been persecuted by the police and the government. Additionally, Clay represents clients in divorce and custody matters throughout Ohio.
Outside of the office, Clay serves on the Board of Education for the Pickerington Local School District. He is married and devotes much of his time to his family and the athletic events of his children.

Scott Foster is an Associate Attorney with The Law Offices of Saia & Piatt, Inc. His practice includes criminal and OVI defense, juvenile law, child welfare, landlord/tenant issues, wills, and estate planning, and small claims litigation. Scott also serves as the defense attorney for the three specialized dockets of the Marion Municipal Court.
Scott graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2021 after earning a B.S. in Social Work in 2017 and Master of Social Work in 2018, both also from Ohio State. During law school, Scott worked in the field of social work, at the Columbus City Prosecutor's Office, and for a private law firm. Scott also formed his own law firm prior to joining Saia & Piatt in August of 2022.

Taylor P. Bennington is an Associate Attorney with The Law Offices of Saia, Marrocco & Jensen, Inc. Taylor graduated from The Ohio State University in 2013 with a B.A. in History. Following graduation, she worked for the Guernsey County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and the Law Offices of Tribbie, Scott, Plummer, and Padden.
