Spice of Life was founded in 2004 by Chef Mike Bomberg, one of the city's best known and most innovative Chefs. The Company was reformatted in 2005 as a Limited Liability company with ownership by Mike along with his brother-in-law Mauricio del Valle Prieto. With chef driven emphasis on top quality inventive cuisine and extraordinary customer relations, Spice of Life has seen continual growth, even through the economic downturn of 2007-2009, gaining new clients and expanding its ability to handle progressively larger events. The arrival of Jessica Silvaggio as a sales associate, then sales manager in 2009, proved a game changer for the company.
