In 1983, Spherehot diversified into the manufacture of high temperature and corrosion resistant alloy tubes and set up another unit by name of Doshi Tubes Pvt. Ltd. This unit housed latest tube welding mill from U.S.A which is specially designed for the manufacture of seam welded tubes from various grades of nickel based alloy strips. Doshi Tubes Pvt. Ltd. is now on the threshold of further expansion of it's product line to meet the ever growing requirements of heat exchanger, condensing, Feed Water Heating systems, etc. required by the manufacturers of Power Generation Plants... Products which are custom built or exported meet the stringent requirements of Lloyds Register, Bureau Veritas, Defence Establishments, The Atomic Energy Establishment, the Export Inspection Agency, mew/nha Kuwait, SGS India Pvt. Ltd. and various other inspection agencies.
